Discuss the Details
Once we receive your form, we will reach out to you to discuss the details and provide you with a quote for crafting your toy.
Payment and Crafting
If you are happy with the price, you can then proceed to transfer funds using your preferred method, and we will begin crafting your unique toy.
Approval and Delivery
Once the toy is ready, we will send you a photo of it. If you are satisfied with how it looks, we will send the toy to you via a delivery company. If you need any corrections made, we will make the necessary changes before sending it to you.
PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY
Order Processing Time
Crafting a handmade toy can vary in duration due to factors such as size, complexity, materials (if we need to order them), and our current order queue. Typically, it takes up to 2-3 weeks for processing. We will provide an estimated processing time along with the price upon receiving your request.
DELIVERY Cost Calculation
Delivery cost will vary based on the size of the toy, your location, and the delivery company used. Typically, cost range from $50-60 USD for regular post worldwide.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location, the chosen shipping company and method, and whether it’s close to a holiday season. During holiday rushes, there might be delays due to the increased workload of courier companies. Delivery can sometimes take up to 20 business days, but in some cases, only 7. Please consider this when ordering a gift that needs to arrive by a specific date.
