A 3D Pet Portrait for Your Wall
Your pet's head and paws, felted from wool by our makers and set in a frame, from the photos you send
A plush pet wall portrait is your pet’s head and front paws, needle-felted from wool and set in a wooden frame, so it hangs on the wall like a picture. It is made from the photos you send, for one pet and one owner. Nothing is felted in advance.
- Price: from $415. Short hair costs less than long hair. The quote is free.
- Time: a portrait usually takes 3β4 weeks to felt, then 7β20 business days of delivery.
- Photos before it ships: you check the finished portrait against your pet and tell us what to change.
- Full refund: if it arrives and you don’t love it, tell us within 14 days.
What to send
A few clear photos of the face: from the front, from the side, and one that shows the eye colour. Phone photos are fine. One good photo is enough to start; the grey cat below was made from a single picture.
How close will it look?
As close as wool allows. We copy the markings, the eye colour, the way the ears sit and the expression from your photos, and we shape the fur the way it grows on your pet. It is a handmade likeness, not an exact copy, and you see it before it ships.
How it works
- Send the photos through the quote form. Say if the fur is short or long.
- Get a free quote with the time estimate.
- Agree the details. Frame colour, a name tag on the frame, a plaque with hooks instead of a frame.
- We felt it by hand. Usually 3β4 weeks.
- See photos before it ships. If something looks off, we fix it first.

Pet Wall Portraits We Have Made
The grey cat, felted from one photo

The 3D pet portrait on this page is a grey tabby leaning out of a wooden frame. The owner sent one photo. We felted the head and the front paws from 100% merino wool, made the nose, the paw pads and the claws from polymer clay and painted them with acrylics. It hangs on a nail like any picture.
More portraits we have felted
All of these were made to order from the owners’ photos. Dogs and cats, short coats and long ones, one frame with two cats in it.

Short-haired pets like the Shar Pei and the dachshund in the slider felt quickly and hold their shape well. A long coat takes more wool and more days. We tell you which your pet needs when we see the photos.
What you can choose
- Frame or plaque. A wooden frame in the colour you like, or a plaque with hooks for keys and leashes.
- One pet or two in the same frame.
- A name tag on the frame.
- A sound box that plays your pet’s own noises, on request.
Not a pet? A felted animal head on a plaque is on the plush faux taxidermy page.

A 3D portrait of your pet’s head and front paws, needle-felted from 100% merino wool and set in a wooden frame. It hangs on the wall like a picture, but the pet leans out of the frame. The nose, paw pads and claws are polymer clay, painted by hand. Each one is made to order from your photos, from $415.
Two or three clear photos of the face: from the front, from the side, and one where the eye colour shows. Phone photos work. If your pet has passed away and you only have one photo, send that one. The grey cat on this page was made from a single picture.
Close enough to recognise at a glance: the markings, the eye colour, the ears, the expression. Wool is not fur, so it is a handmade likeness, not an exact copy. You see photos of the finished portrait before it ships and can ask for changes.
Yes. The portraits on this page are dogs and cats: a husky, a dachshund, a Shar Pei, tabby, ginger and hairless cats, even two cats in one frame. A rabbit or another pet works the same way, because we copy the animal in your photos.
From $415. The main thing that moves the price is the coat: a long-haired pet takes more wool and more hours than a short-haired one. Two pets in one frame cost more than one. Send the photos and you get the exact number for free.
Felting a portrait usually takes 3β4 weeks. Then delivery, worldwide, usually 7β20 business days, longer around the holidays. If it is a gift for a date, tell us the date up front.
Yes. A plain wooden frame, a painted one, or a plaque with hooks so the portrait holds keys or a leash. A name tag on the frame is possible. A small sound box that plays your pet’s own noises can be built in on request.
Yes, and many are. Old photos are enough. If you would rather have a soft toy to hold than a portrait for the wall, look at our memorial pet plush; we make both.
Before it ships you approve photos, and we change what looks wrong. After it arrives you have 14 days to tell us, for any reason. You get a full refund and keep the portrait.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
