Handmade takes weeks
There’s no warehouse here with your toy waiting on a shelf. Each one starts as a picture you send. Then our artist works out a pattern, picks the fabric and sews it by hand. The face takes longest: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
That’s why a custom plush can’t be a last-minute gift. It’s also why nobody else will unwrap the same one.
December mail is slow
We ship worldwide, and delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the country and the courier. In the weeks before Christmas every postal service slows down, so the earlier your toy leaves the studio, the calmer everyone is.
Ordering early also leaves time for the photo check before shipping, so nothing gets rushed.

Christmas order questions
November 1. Making a toy usually takes 2–4 weeks, and delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, a little longer around the holidays. Ordering by November 1 leaves room for both, plus the photo check before your toy ships.
Yes, ask anyway. Tell us the date you need it by when you ask for the quote, and we’ll say straight away whether it fits. Some toys are ready sooner than others. If yours can’t make Christmas, we’ll tell you honestly instead of rushing the face, and it arrives after the holidays.
Yes: the USA, Europe, China and beyond. The price depends on the toy’s size, where it’s going and the courier; regular post typically comes to $50–60. Far-away addresses and December mail take longer, so order early if it has to be under the tree.
Yes. We can send it straight to the person it’s for. Tell us, and we’ll keep the packaging plain so nothing gives it away. The photos of the finished toy come to you, not to them.
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. When your toy is finished, we send you photos. If something looks off, tell us and we change it. Nothing is packed until you say it’s right.
You have 14 days to tell us, for any reason at all. You get a full refund and you keep the toy. No return shipping, no explanation needed. We’ve sewn toys to order since 2009, and the guarantee has a page of its own.
