A Dr. Eggman Plush Built to the Size You Actually Want
Walk into a shop and the biggest Dr. Eggman plush you can buy is about 15 inches, and it's a squishy pillow version of him. This one is different. It was sewn to order for one customer, at close to person height, with the coat, the goggles, the gloves and that ridiculous moustache all built as separate pieces. Every toy here is made to order — we don't keep finished toys on a shelf waiting for a buyer.
You pick the size. You also pick which Eggman. The shops make one version of him; we've got no such limit.
A Big Eggman for a Small Sonic Fan
This one was made for a boy who loves Sonic. He'd been dreaming of a big Eggman, not a hand-sized one, and the doll we sewed him is almost as tall as he is. The villain from his favourite games now lives at his house instead of on a screen.
Size isn't a problem. If the toy you want doesn't exist yet, we can make it.
Which Doctor Are We Sewing?
He has more than one face, depending on when you met him. The 1991 game gave us the rounder Robotnik with the flat dark glasses. Yuji Uekawa redesigned him for Sonic Adventure in the late nineties — taller, goggles pushed up on the forehead, gold trim on the red coat. That's the version in these photos. Then there's the loud, hot-tempered Robotnik from the 1993 cartoon, and Jim Carrey's take from the films.
Nobody sells a plush of most of those. Tell us which one you grew up with and send a picture, and that's the one we sew. If you've been searching for a Dr. Robotnik plush rather than an Eggman one, same thing — Robotnik is the surname, Eggman is the nickname he decided he liked.
The Moustache Is the Hard Part
Ask anyone who collects these and they'll tell you an Eggman plush lives or dies on the moustache and the grin. Get those wrong and it stops being him. The moustache here is ginger faux fur, cut and shaped to spread wide on both sides. The grin is stitched by hand, tooth by tooth. The goggles are grey felt with green lenses, sitting up on his head the way they do when he isn't flying anything.
He's soft the whole way through, no frame inside, so he leans and slumps like something you'd actually hug. Which is the joke of the thing — the villain who spends thirty years losing to a hedgehog makes a very good giant stuffed animal.

For this toy, we used:
- Red fleece for the coat, with white fleece stripes and rectangular gold-fabric buckles
- Ginger faux fur for the moustache, cut and shaped to spread wide
- Grey felt for the goggles, with green lens circles and grey soled boots
- White fleece for the four-fingered gloves, with the panel outline stitched by hand
- Pink felt for the nose, and a hand-stitched grin
- Polyester fiberfill throughout, so he stays soft and light even at this size
Fleece was the right call for a toy this big. It holds the shape of the coat without getting heavy, and it doesn't fray at the seams where the tails and cuffs are cut. The faux fur moustache is the one part that gets fussed over — too short and he looks wrong, too thin and it droops.
Everything is safe and eco-friendly. Tell us if you want different fabrics, a different colourway, or a version of him with poseable arms.
A Dr. Eggman plush usually takes 2-4 weeks to make.
Most of that isn't sewing. It's the pattern. A character this round, with a coat that has to hang open over a separate body, needs the shapes drafted and tested before anything gets cut. The moustache and the face come last, and they take the longest, because that's where the likeness either happens or it doesn't.
A bigger version takes longer than a small one, and a version we haven't sewn before — classic Robotnik, the cartoon one, the movie one — needs extra time at the drawing stage. We'll give you a real date when we see your reference, and we'd rather tell you three weeks and mean it than promise one and rush his face.
Once he's finished and you've approved the photos, shipping takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on where you are, which courier you choose and how close it is to a holiday.
During holiday rushes couriers slow down, and a parcel this size is not a small one. Please allow for that if he's a present that has to arrive by a particular day.
A person-height plush ships in a large box, so it's worth checking someone will be home or that your delivery point takes oversized parcels. If you're sending him straight to someone else as a surprise, tell us and we'll keep the packaging plain.
We've been sewing made-to-order toys since 2009, which is long enough to have made most of the mistakes already. Complicated characters are what we do — the ones with coats, separate limbs, faces that have to be exactly right.
Before he ships you get photos to approve. If something's off — the moustache too thin, the coat the wrong red — that's the moment to say so, and we fix it.
If you don't love him, you get your money back in full within 14 days. No argument, no reason needed. We'd rather have that promise on the table than talk you into keeping something you're not happy with.
