Custom Puppets Made to Order
A hand puppet that looks like you, your own character or your brand mascot, sewn by hand from your pictures
A puppet that looks like you
The puppet we’re proudest of on this page is a hand puppet of a blogger. He sent us his photos, and we sewed a mini copy of him with his glasses, his hairstyle and his smile, plus his purple T-shirt and a movable mouth that opens wide when he talks. You put your hand inside and he works on camera, the way a puppet should.
We don’t sell ready-made puppets. Every custom puppet starts with your pictures and your wishes, and we make it for you alone. We’ve been sewing custom toys by hand since 2009.
How it works
- Send a picture. One or more photos of the person, or your own sketch of a character. Drawing skills don’t matter.
- Tell us the details. Size, hairstyle, clothes, glasses, a beard, whatever makes it look right.
- We sew it by hand and send you photos to approve before it ships.
- It arrives at your door, ready for its first show.

A Puppet for Your Show
Custom puppets that look like you
A lookalike puppet lives on the right details, not on perfect realism. The hairline. The shape of the glasses. The T-shirt you always wear. We copy your hairstyle, clothing, glasses and facial hair from one photo or several, then shape the face so people can tell it’s you.
Our blogger took his puppet to a big corporate exhibition and used it instead of a business card. People came over to look, smiled and asked questions, and a plain hello turned into a real introduction. Now it’s his personal mascot and a prop for his blog.
A puppet like that works as a co-host for a YouTube channel or a stream, an icebreaker at a talk or a booth, or a gift for a friend who makes videos. A tiny version of yourself is hard to forget.
For teachers and performers
A puppet can say things a teacher can’t. A shy class that won’t answer you will often answer a fuzzy monster. A performer gets a sidekick that looks like the one in the script, not the closest thing a store had. For a TV pilot we sewed a whole cast of TV puppet cats, from the grey tabby dad to the punk son.
Tell us how you’ll use it and how big it should be. Different sizes and design changes are part of the job.
Your brand character, in your hand
If there’s a character on your logo or packaging, a custom mascot puppet can wave at people in your videos and at your stand. More brand ideas are on our mascot page.
Want a soft toy instead?
Not every character needs a hand inside. If you’d rather have a Kermit, a Grover or a Flat Eric to sit on a shelf and be hugged, that’s a plush, and you’ll find those in our Muppet plush collection. They’re handmade fan pieces, not official or licensed products.
Price and timing
Custom puppets start from $330. Sewing usually takes 2-4 weeks, and delivery takes 7-20 business days. If you don’t love your puppet, you get a full refund within 14 days.
Send us a picture and a few words about your idea, and we’ll get back to you with a price.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
