We don’t keep a shelf of ready-made Muppets. You send us a picture, tell us what you want, and we sew a custom Muppet plush by hand for you alone. Any size, any functionality: you decide.

  1. Send us a picture. A screenshot of the character you love or your own drawing. A quick scribble is fine, no drawing skills needed.
  2. Tell us your wishes. Size, pose, extras, anything you have in mind.
  3. We sew it by hand, down to the fur color and the look in the eyes.

The characters you grew up with

Jim Henson made his first Muppets in 1955, and Kermit was there from the start. Sesame Street followed in 1969 and The Muppet Show in 1976, so almost everyone has a favorite. Store shelves carry only a few of them, and often not the version you remember.

A handmade Muppet plush can match the one in your head. Send us a still from the episode you love and we’ll sew from it. We’ve made Grover, Kermit the Frog and Cookie Monster as soft toys you can hug, plus Henson favorites like Rugby Tiger from The Christmas Toy.

Flat Eric, the yellow guy from the Levi’s ads

Flat Eric isn’t a Muppet, but he comes from the same workshop. Mr. Oizo (Quentin Dupieux) created him, Jim Henson’s Creature Shop built the puppet, and in 1999 he nodded along to Flat Beat in Levi’s ads. The song went to number one in the UK.

Our Flat Eric plush is a soft toy of that puppet: yellow fur, long floppy arms, no hand inside. He’s made to sit on your shelf and look unimpressed, just like on TV.

Some of the best ideas never made it to TV. A furry monster your daughter drew at school. A big-mouthed version of your band’s mascot. Muppet style works for almost anything with bright fur and a lot of personality.

Plush or puppet?

Everything in this collection is a plush: soft, stuffed and made to be hugged. If you want a character you can put your hand into and make talk, that’s a puppet, and we sew those too. Have a look at our custom puppets, including a hand puppet we made from a blogger’s photos.

Price, timing and a note on names

A custom Muppet plush starts from $330. Sewing usually takes 2-4 weeks, delivery takes 7-20 business days, and if you don’t love it you get a full refund within 14 days.

We’re an independent studio. Our Muppet plush toys are handmade fan pieces made to order, not official or licensed Muppets, Sesame Street or Levi’s products.

Why?

No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.

Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.

Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.

You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.

One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
