We call him the blue-eyed monster. He's a furry monster puppet with wild ginger hair, one eye noticeably bigger than the other, and two buck teeth he can't quite hide.
Nobody sells him. We made him to order for one customer, and everything we sew works the same way: one toy, built around one person's idea.
Two versions of the same guy
The first version was a hand puppet in plain fur. In one photo he sits on someone's hand with his felt paws up, mid-sentence. Big painted eyes, an open red mouth, no teeth yet. Already a character, just not fully dressed.
Then he grew up. The later version got:
- glossy domed blue eyes, still mismatched on purpose
- two white buck teeth
- a light denim jacket with flap pockets, buttons and rolled sleeves
- jeans, little brown boots and a belt with a big gold G on the buckle
With those yellow-tipped tufts he looks like he just stuck a finger in a socket.
What could yours be?
A lot of people grew up with shaggy TV monsters and still want one of their own. Maybe yours is a mascot for your channel, or a monster your kid keeps drawing. Maybe it's a character that should be wearing your own jacket.
Send us a sketch, a photo or a few lines about it. It can be a hand puppet, a plush to sit on a shelf, or both. Clothes, teeth, odd eyes and a letter on the belt are all fine. We reply with a free quote, and you see photos before it ships. Custom monsters like this start from $425.
He has shaggy cousins on the site: Murashko, Zdorovye and the Purple Monster. More one-offs are in our OC plush collection, and other hand puppets are in custom puppets.
His body is long-pile faux fur in ginger-brown. A white strip runs over the head and down the chin, and yellow-tipped tufts stick out at the sides. That long pile is what makes him look windswept in every photo.
- glossy blue domed eyes, set in two different sizes
- soft beige hands and feet with stitched fingers and toes
- a red mouth lining and two white buck teeth
- a denim jacket, jeans, small brown faux leather boots and a gold G buckle, all sewn to his size
For your monster we choose the fur with you, plus the eyes, mouth and clothes. A puppet needs room for a hand inside and a mouth that works. A shelf plush can be stuffed firmer. Say which one you want when you write.
A monster like this usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.
The pattern comes first, then the fur body, the face and the eyes. Clothes take their own time. A tiny jacket with working pockets and buttons is a small sewing project on its own.
The time frame has a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you need him for a birthday, a show or another date, put it in your first message.
Once your monster is finished, shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country. Around the holidays the post slows down, so add a few days.
For Christmas, order by November 1. A puppet for a show or a party is easier to plan if you tell us the date at the start.
Before he ships, you get photos of the finished toy. Look at his eyes and his outfit up close, and tell us if anything should change. He leaves the studio once you say yes.
We've been sewing toys to order since 2009, and furry monsters are some of our favourite jobs. Your monster lives in your head first, so you're the one who knows when he looks right.
That's why you see him in photos before he's sent, while there's still time to change things.
If he arrives and you don't love him, you get a full refund within 14 days. No long explanations needed.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
