Meet Zdorovye, a fuzzy monster plush we sewed to order from a drawing in 2010. Her name is Russian for "health". We introduced her back then as a symbol of health and extra shagginess, and the second part is hard to argue with.
She's a round ball of long white faux fur with two floppy blue ears and a pair of big blue eyes peeking out from under her fringe. No mouth, no paws. She doesn't need them.
Murashko's girlfriend
Zdorovye has a boyfriend. He's Murashko, the striped hairy monster who looks calm until you blow on him and then shows his grumpy face. Next to him she's the sweet one of the couple.
There's also a bit of folklore that came with her. People say that if Zdorovye sits on a shelf in your living room, germs won't dare sneak into your home. That's a joke, of course: she's a toy, not a medicine. But she does look like she'd stare a germ down.

You won't find a Zdorovye in a shop. She exists because someone drew her and asked us to make her real, and that's how every toy here works. You send a drawing, a sketch or just a description, we build the pattern and sew one toy, made to order for you.

Zdorovye is nearly all fur, so the fur choice made the toy.

Your monster can mix other fabrics too: short minky, felt, faux leather for horns or claws. Want a sound module, LED eyes or poseable arms? Tell us at the start, because those go in during sewing.
A fuzzy monster plush like Zdorovye usually takes 2–4 weeks. A bigger or more detailed creature can take longer, and we'll say so in the quote.
Long fur is slow work. Every seam has to disappear under the pile, and the eyes have to sit at the right depth so the fringe frames them instead of hiding them.
The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you need the toy by a certain date, mention it in your first message.
Shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country. Around the holidays the post slows down, so allow a few extra days.

Before anything ships, we send you photos of the finished toy. Compare the colours and the eyes with your drawing and tell us if something should change.
We've been sewing toys to order since 2009. Zdorovye was made in 2010, so drawings like this one are where we started.
A drawing shows one side and leaves the rest open. We work out the back, the sides and the fur direction ourselves and show you the result in photos before shipping, while there's still time to adjust.
