This is Murashko, a fluffy monster plush we sewed to order from a client's drawing back in 2010. The client gave him the name. In Russian it comes from the word for goosebumps, which suits a creature made almost entirely of hair.
The idea was the client's too, and it's a good one.
Harmless, until you blow on him
Left alone, Murashko is a round, very hairy ball in stripes of blue, turquoise, pink and white. You can barely make out his eyes. He looks like the calmest thing in the room.
Now blow on him. Murashko gets angry. The long fur moves aside and his face shows up: two round staring eyes, heavy brows and a sulky mouth that says exactly what he thinks of you. To make sure he never runs out of reasons to be cross, Murashko came with his own fan. (There's always a fan somewhere nearby.)
People love a plush that switches moods. Some flip theirs to the angry side and leave it there for weeks. Murashko does the same trick with nothing but long faux fur and a bit of air. He has a girlfriend, too: Zdorovye, a white shaggy ball with blue ears.
Your monster, your rules
Nobody sells a Murashko. He exists because someone drew him and asked us to make him real. That's how all our toys work: you send a drawing, a sketch or just a description, we build the pattern and sew one toy, made to order for you. A furry monster plush with a hidden face, a fuzzy creature with three eyes, a shaggy friend in your favourite colours. If it can be sewn, we'll sew it.

Murashko is mostly fur, so the fur had to be right.
- Long-pile faux fur in stripes of royal blue, turquoise, pink and white
- Round white eyes with blue irises, set deep so the fur can cover them
- A dark mouth line hidden under the pink fur
- Hypoallergenic filling that keeps the round shape
The long pile is what makes the mood trick work. Calm, it falls over the face. One breath and it parts.
Your monster can use other fabrics: short minky, felt, faux leather for horns or claws. Want a sound module, LED eyes or poseable arms? Tell us at the start, because they go in during sewing.
A fluffy monster plush like Murashko usually takes 2–4 weeks. A bigger or more detailed creature can take longer, and we'll say so in the quote.
Long fur takes patience. The seams have to vanish under the pile, and the face has to sit just right: hidden when he's calm, in plain view once the fur moves.
The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you need the toy by a certain date, mention it in your first message.
Shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country. Around the holidays the post slows down, so allow a few extra days.
A monster made from your own drawing is a funny gift for the person who's grumpy before coffee, or for a kid whose doodle deserves to become real. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Before anything ships, we send you photos of the finished toy. Compare the colours and the face with your drawing and tell us if something should change.

Monsters from drawings are never the same twice. A sketch shows one side and leaves the rest open, so we fill in the back, the sides and the fur direction and show you the result in photos before shipping, while there's still time to adjust.
