Who is Long Horse
Long Horse comes from Trevor Henderson, the Canadian horror artist behind Siren Head, who hides his creatures inside ordinary-looking photos. The picture that started it spread online in August 2018: a skull with hollow eye sockets at the end of an impossibly long neck, a few black hairs hanging off it, caught in car headlights under a tree at night.
The twist is in the lore fans built around it. Long Horse doesn't bring the disaster. It warns you about it. Hear a neck crack, see that endless neck, and something bad is on the way, and the horse came to tell you. Fans call it a good horse ("Long Horse my beloved"), and that mix of creepy and kind is why people want one on the bed.
Why a big one
There is an official Long Horse plush from Youtooz, and it's a 9-inch spiral. Cute, but small, and the whole point of Long Horse is that neck. Ours is one long, soft tube you can fold, coil or drape, with the skull resting on top like it just came to check on you.
We built this one straight from Henderson's picture:
- a jawless skull with deep black eye sockets and a row of white teeth on the upper jaw
- bone-grey fabric with a cracked-hide print and smoky shading, so it looks weathered
- long, loose black hair falling over the coils

This Long Horse is made from safe, eco-friendly materials, picked to look like old bone and still feel soft in your hands.
- Skull and neck: soft pale grey fabric printed with a fine cracked-leather texture, with smoky grey-black shading along the seams and hollows
- Eye sockets: two deep black hollows sewn into the skull
- Teeth: separate white teeth along the upper jaw, and no lower jaw, true to Henderson's photo
- Hair: long, loose black strands hanging from the head and over the coils
- Filling: soft stuffing through the whole neck, so it bends and coils the way you arrange it

A Long Horse usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.
Most of that time goes into the parts you can't rush. The skull needs its own pattern so the eye sockets and nose ridges sit right. The neck has to be long enough to coil without going flat. Then come the shading, the teeth and the hair.
The estimate includes a little reserve, because a handmade piece this size can surprise us. When your Long Horse is finished, we send you photos before shipping, so you see it first.
Delivery depends on where you live, the courier and the shipping method you choose. It can take up to 20 business days, and sometimes it arrives in just 7.
Around the holidays couriers get busy and parcels can run late. Searches for Long Horse peak every October, so if yours is meant for Halloween, add the 2–4 weeks of making to delivery and order with time to spare.
