His name is Fiobol, and he started on paper. A child drew him, a few times over. Then his picture went through an AI image generator, and that picture came to us with one question: can you sew this? We could. This purple monster plush was made to order for that one customer. We don't keep ready-made monsters on a shelf; every toy here starts with someone's picture.
We get AI pictures more and more often. They look great on a screen, and people online are right to be suspicious of plush shops that show AI images instead of real toys. Here it works the other way round: the picture was the idea, and the toy is real, sewn by hand in spring 2024.
A ball with teeth
Fiobol is basically a big round purple ball that stands on two spiky feet. Most of his face is mouth: a wide grin lined with white pointed teeth and a dark inside. Two clawed arms hang at his sides. The customer asked for a fabric that's nice to touch, so he's sewn from soft purple plush.
The surprise inside
Look into his mouth and you'll see what looks like an eye. It isn't stitched in. It's a separate purple ball with a pink-and-white center, and you can pull it out of his mouth and put it back. Our makers decided it's probably his egg. For a kid, it's a game that never quite gets old: feed him, take it back, feed him again.
That's the kind of detail an AI picture doesn't explain. In the picture there's just a glowing light in the mouth. Turning it into a ball you can hold was the part we got to figure out.

Kids draw monsters all the time: one eye or six, fangs, tentacles, a hat. Any of them can become a custom monster plush. Send the drawing itself, an AI version of it, or both. We pick the colors and fabrics to match, and you approve the details before we start. Want a removable part like Fiobol's egg, a sound module or a name embroidered on the foot? Ask. You get photos of the finished toy before it ships.

Fiobol is sewn from soft purple plush, the customer's choice: a monster that feels nice in the hands, not a stiff decoration.

The filling is hypoallergenic. We use only faux fur and plush fabrics, never real fur.
Your monster can be any color, longer-haired, smoother or fuzzier. Extras like a sound module, LED eyes or wire in the arms for posing go in while we sew, so mention them in your first message.
A monster like Fiobol usually takes 2–4 weeks.
First we look at the drawing (and the AI picture, if you have one) and agree on colors, size and any surprises like a removable part. Then we make the pattern. A round body is harder than it looks: the seams have to meet so he comes out a ball, not a lumpy potato.
The mouth and teeth come last, since they make the face. The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. Need him by a birthday? Say so up front.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Around the holidays couriers get slower, so allow extra time.
Planning a monster as a birthday surprise for the kid who drew it? Add the making time to the delivery time and count back from the date. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Before he ships, we send you photos of the finished toy. We pack him so the round body and the teeth arrive in shape, with his egg safely inside.
We've been sewing custom plush since 2009, and kids' drawings are some of our favorite orders. They're rarely tidy, and that's the fun of them.
