These three are a custom Pokémon plush order: Sylveon, Emolga and Kirlia, sewn by hand for one customer who loves Pokémon. He sent us drawings and told us what he wanted, and we made each toy to order, just for him. That's how every toy here starts. We don't keep a shelf of ready-made Pokémon.

He picked his favorites, not the famous ones. Fans say the same thing again and again: the less popular Pokémon are hard to find as plush, and when one exists, it often doesn't look right. Some people search for years. A custom order gets around that.

Who's in the trio

  • Sylveon, the Fairy-type Eeveelution from Pokémon X and Y (2013). The Pokédex says it wraps its ribbon-like feelers around its Trainer's arm. Ours has the big pink-and-blue ears, the bow, the long ribbons and the blue paws.
  • Emolga, the Sky Squirrel Pokémon from Pokémon Black and White. Yellow cheeks, a black hood with pointed ears, and wings spread wide, the way it glides in the games.
  • Kirlia, the Emotion Pokémon from Ruby and Sapphire, which evolves from Ralts. It spins and dances when its Trainer is happy. We gave her the green hair, the red head ornaments, red eyes and a white tutu-style skirt on long green legs.

Made for one fan

We made the set in 2014. In the photos the customer holds all three, and he's wearing Emolga and Kirlia T-shirts, so you can tell these weren't random picks. The eyes and faces are appliquéd fabric, stitched on piece by piece.

Your Pokémon, your way

Any Pokémon works: a first-gen classic, a shiny version, a whole evolution line, your team from a playthrough, or a fan design of your own. Send screenshots, card art or your drawing. Tell us the size, from a small one to a big hug pillow, and any extras like an embroidered name or poseable wire legs. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships. Our Detective Pikachu and more video game characters show what else we've made.

We're an independent studio. These are handmade fan pieces, not official Pokémon Company or Nintendo products.

Each Pokémon is sewn from premium plush fabrics in colors matched to the drawings:

  • White soft plush for the bodies and faces, so the three read as one set
  • Pink and dark blue for Sylveon's ears, bow and ribbons, light blue for her paws
  • Black, yellow and white for Emolga's hood, cheeks and wings
  • Green and red for Kirlia's hair, legs and head ornaments

Eyes, cheeks and markings are fabric appliqué, stitched on, with no hard parts. The filling is hypoallergenic. If your Pokémon needs fur, it's faux fur only. Want wire in Kirlia's legs so she can stand, or a sound module? Say so at the start, because those go in while we sew.

A custom Pokémon plush usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.

We start from your drawings or screenshots and draw a pattern for that exact Pokémon, since every body shape is different: Sylveon's long legs and ribbons, Emolga's wide wings, Kirlia's skirt. Then we cut, sew and stuff.

The face is last, and it takes the most care. A few millimeters in the eyes changes the whole expression. Ordering a set? Say how many in your first message. The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises.

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Around the holidays couriers slow down, so it can take longer.

A custom Pokémon makes a good birthday gift for a fan whose favorite never got an official plush, or a surprise for Pokémon Day on February 27. Add the making time and delivery together and count back from your date. For Christmas, order by November 1.

Before shipping, we send you photos of the finished toys to approve.

We've been sewing custom plush since 2009. A lot of our orders are characters no store carries, and the less famous Pokémon are a perfect example.

Fans know exactly how their Pokémon should look, so you see photos of yours before it ships. If you still don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.

Not sure about the size, the pose or which form to pick, like Kirlia or Gardevoir, regular or shiny? Ask us before we start. It's easier to get a detail right in the pattern than to change it later.

Why?

No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.

Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.

Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.

You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.

One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.

That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
