A. A. Milne called Piglet a Very Small Animal. This one isn't. We made this large Piglet plush in 2014 as a love gift: a big pink Piglet in his striped jumper, with a red heart on his chest and a personal message stitched across it. It was sewn to order for one person, around one message. That's how every toy here starts. We don't keep ready-made toys on a shelf.
Which Piglet is this?
There are a few. In Milne's book Winnie-the-Pooh (1926), E. H. Shepard drew Piglet in a green jumper, and he based the drawings on one of Christopher Robin Milne's own stuffed toys. Disney gave Piglet the pink look and the magenta striped jumper most people picture today. He joined the films in Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968), after book fans asked why he was missing. In the Soviet cartoon of 1969 he's Pyatachok, round and very different.
Ours is the Disney-style Piglet: soft pink plush, big floppy ears, a little pink snout, and the jumper with stitched stripes.
What makes this one special

Your Piglet, your words
Lots of people still have their childhood Piglet, worn thin and sitting on a dresser. If you want one big enough to hug back, or Shepard's Piglet in the green jumper, or Pyatachok from the Soviet cartoon, tell us. Pick a size on the order form, send pictures, and write the words you want on the heart: a name, a date, three words. We can also add an embroidered name or a sound module. You get photos of your Piglet before he ships.

Big Piglet is sewn from premium fabrics, picked to keep the soft cartoon look at a large size:
- Light pink long-pile plush for the head, arms, legs and ears, fluffy and very soft to hug
- Deeper pink plush for the jumper, with darker stitched stripes running around it
- Pink fabric for the snout and inside the ears
- A red heart appliqué with your message, sewn onto the chest
The filling is hypoallergenic. He's big, so he has to hold his shape, and he stands on his own. If you'd rather have Shepard's green jumper or a different message on the heart, say so at the start. Extras like a sound module go in while we sew.
A large Piglet plush usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.
First comes the pattern. At this size Piglet's big round head has to sit on the body without flopping. Then we sew the body, the jumper and the heart with your message.
The face comes last. Two small eyes and a raised brow are all Piglet has, so they decide whether he looks shy and sweet or just surprised. The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. Need him by a certain date? Tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Around the holidays couriers get busy and it can take longer.
A Piglet with a love message is often for a birthday, an anniversary or Valentine's Day. Add the making time and the delivery time, then count back from the date. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Before he leaves, we send you photos of the finished toy. He's packed so the ears and the heart arrive in shape.
