A dog club asked us for a mascot. Their emblem was a stylized black terrier, and they wanted that dog as a real toy, something people could hold, sit on a trophy table or take home after a show. This dog mascot plush is the result: a black terrier puppy in a purple witch hat, with a little broom in his paws.
He was made to order for that one club, from their symbol and their wishes. We don't keep a shelf of these dogs. Every mascot we sew starts from somebody's own character.
From an emblem to a sketch to a plush
An emblem is flat. A toy has to sit up, look good from every side and still be the same dog. So we began on paper: we had an artist draw the terrier as a plush. Then we ran that sketch through a neural network to try looks quickly, and got a picture the club loved. That picture gave him the purple hat with a silver buckle and the broom. It's the last image on this page, so you can compare.
After that it was handwork, and a few things changed between the picture and the fabric, as they always do:
- deep black faux fur, with a longer shaggy muzzle and beard, like a real terrier's
- big glossy brown eyes and a shiny black nose
- soft floppy ears and a short tail that sticks straight up
- a purple felt hat with a pointed, bent tip and a glitter buckle
- a broom with a brown handle and a fringed beige brush
One mascot, or a few
A club mascot doesn't have to be a factory order. A dog club, a kennel or a training school may want just one: for the stand at a dog show, the club's photos, or as a prize. Some start with one and order more later.
It's built around your character either way. We can make it in the size you need and change the colors, the outfit or the props. On request a soft toy can also get a sound module, LED lights or poseable legs and head.

The terrier is sewn from soft black faux fur, using safe, eco-friendly materials.
Black fur is harder to work with than it looks. On a flat black toy the face disappears, so the muzzle and beard got a longer, shaggier pile than the smooth body. The light catches the difference, and the dog's face reads even from across a room.
- Black faux fur for the body, the ears and the tail, with a longer pile on the muzzle.
- Big glossy brown eyes and a shiny black nose.
- Purple felt for the witch hat, with a black band and a silver glitter buckle.
- A little broom: brown handle, beige fringed brush tied with cord.
- Soft stuffing, packed so the dog sits upright on his own.
For your mascot we match the colors to your emblem as closely as we can. If you want other textures, like curly fur or felt details, mention it when you ask for a quote.
A mascot like this usually takes 2–4 weeks to make. That time includes a safety reserve, because handmade work can bring a surprise or two.
Most of the work is the pattern. An emblem shows a dog from one side and in one pose; the plush has to work from every side. We decide how the head sits, how long the legs and tail are and how the face is set, then sew and adjust until it looks like your dog.
If we start from a sketch, as we did for this terrier, we'll tell you how long that step takes when we quote. Extras like a sound module or LED lights can add time too. Have a deadline, such as a dog show or a club anniversary? Say so in your request.
We ship worldwide. Once the terrier is packed, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country, the carrier and the shipping method.
Around big holidays couriers get busy and parcels can run late. If the mascot has to arrive by a set date, for a show, a club meeting or an award ceremony, order early and tell us the date.

Mascot orders run under their own terms. Before we start, we agree on the details with you: size, colors, which parts of the emblem matter most, and any extras. When the mascot is finished, you see photos of it before it ships.
