This food mascot plush started life in an ad. A cookie maker had a cartoon cookie, a girl with big blue eyes, and the brand itself ordered her from us as a soft toy. We made her to order in 2013, matched to the character as she looked in the brand's advertising.
So the job wasn't to invent a cookie. It was to make that one cookie, the one people already knew from the ads, and have her look right in fabric.
A cookie you can hug
She's orange from head to toe. The body is quilted: stitched lines and puffy bumps all over, like the top of a cookie straight out of the oven. The rim at the top bulges in soft rounded lumps.
The face does most of the work. Two big blue eyes, built up in layers, each with a small white shine. Stitched lashes above and below. Thin brown brows, a little raised. A small red mouth. She looks a bit surprised and very friendly.
She has thin arms with spread fingers and two floppy legs. In one photo she sits with her arms wide open. In the other she stands against the wall, legs crossed at the feet.
Why brands turn ad characters into plush
A character on screen or on a pack is flat. A plush one sits on a desk, stands on a counter or goes home with someone. That's where a mascot plush earns its keep: at a promo event, in an office, as a gift for partners or as a prize.
The hard part is likeness. A soft toy can't copy a drawing line for line, so we look for what makes the character recognizable. For this cookie, that was the bumpy shape, the warm orange and those eyes.
Got a character of your own?
Send us the art: an ad still, a logo character, a pack design or a rough sketch. We'll work out the pattern and sew a sample by hand. If you need more than one, we can make a small batch after you approve the sample.

For your character we pick fabrics in your brand colors. A logo, a name or a slogan can go on the toy or on a tag. Sound modules and LED lights are possible on request.
A custom mascot usually takes 2–4 weeks.
We go step by step. First we agree on the design and the size. Then we build the pattern, sew the body and finish the face last, since that's where the likeness lives.
If the toy is for a launch, a trade show or a promo date, tell us the date when you ask for a quote. We'll say before we start whether it fits.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Couriers slow down before big holidays, so leave some room.
For anything tied to Christmas or New Year, order by November 1.
Before the toy ships, you get photos of it finished, so you know exactly what will arrive.
We've made toys to order since 2009. Mascots and characters for companies are a regular part of that work.
Before we cut anything, we go through the design with you: size, colors and the details that make your character recognizable. There is no minimum order. When the piece is ready, you see photos of it before it ships.
Planning to have your mascot made at a factory? We also make plush prototypes and sewing patterns for production. The details are on our Patterns & Prototypes page.
