This commercial mascot plush started life on a TV screen. He is the yellow monster from a well-known yogurt commercial, and in 2022 we sewed him to order from photos of the character. He wasn't on a shelf anywhere. Before this, he only existed as a few seconds of animation.

The ad's line is printed on his green tank top, so anyone who saw the commercial knows him at a glance.

Getting the face right

An ad character lives or dies by his expression, and this one has a lot of it. The forehead is a stack of worried wrinkles. More folds pull around the round white eyes and the small mouth. We sculpted all of that by hand in yellow plush, so he looks a little anxious from every angle.

The rest of him is drawn just as oddly: a round body, long thin arms with four-fingered hands, and big flat feet with chunky toes. Out of the frame of the commercial, he holds his own. In our photos he waves, sits, holds up a little round sign and keeps an eye on the yogurt he stars next to.

A brand character you can hold

A character people already know from TV makes a strong plush. Fans recognise it, and it works well on a stand, a desk or a shelf in an office. If you have a mascot that so far lives in an ad, a logo or a style guide, we can turn it into a soft toy.

Send us what you have: stills from the commercial, the character sheet, a sketch. More brand characters are on our custom mascot plush page, and the same craft goes into our plush from drawings. Thinking about where a mascot toy pays off? Our piece on branded plush toys covers that.

The monster is sewn from soft yellow plush fabric with a short pile. Every wrinkle on his face is shaped by hand, which is what keeps that worried look intact.

  • Yellow plush body with sculpted folds around the eyes and mouth
  • Round white eyes with brown irises
  • Long arms with four-fingered hands, big feet with sewn toes
  • Green tank top with white lettering
  • Hypoallergenic fiberfill inside

For your own mascot we match the brand colours from your references. A logo, a printed slogan, an embroidered name, a sound module, LED lights or poseable wire limbs can be added on request.

A mascot plush usually takes 2–4 weeks. A character with a very particular face can need a little more, because the pattern goes through a few rounds before the expression matches the screen.

We start with the pattern, built from your stills or artwork. Then comes the sewing, the hand sculpting of the face, and the clothes or print.

The estimate already holds a reserve for handmade surprises. If the toy has to be ready for a campaign launch or a trade show, tell us the date when you ask for a quote.

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the country, the carrier and customs. Carriers slow down around big holidays, so leave extra time then.

Brand toys almost always have a date: an ad campaign, a product launch, an exhibition, the office party. Add the making time to shipping and count back from that day. For year-end events, order by November 1.

Before the parcel leaves, you get photos of the finished mascot, so you see the face and the print before it travels.

We've made toys to order since 2009, and characters for brands and companies are a regular part of that work.

Before we cut any fabric, we agree on the character with you: shape, colours, the details that matter most, where the logo or lettering goes. For a batch, we always sew one sample first. You approve it, and only then do we make the rest.

Planning a larger run or factory production? We also make plush prototypes and sewing patterns. The details are on our Patterns & Prototypes page.
