Giant Plush Letters and Soft Brand Decor

Description

A brand sent us its design file: a bright blue poster with the name in fat, rounded letters, a rainbow, fluffy clouds, a sun, round trees and soft hearts around it. The brief was one line long. Make all of it in plush, with the same colors and the same shapes. So we sewed the logo as giant plush letters, each one a meter tall, and turned every picture on the poster into a soft cushion. Made to order for one client, from their own artwork.

What was in the set

The letters came out royal blue, thick and rounded, exactly like on the poster. The brand name stays on the toys and off this page.

Around the letters, the brief listed the sizes for everything else:

three rainbows in pink, yellow and blue, 150, 100 and 70 cm long
white clouds, 50 and 30 cm
round green trees on peach stick trunks, 1 m and 70 cm tall
a sun 1 m across, pale yellow in the middle with orange rays
soft hearts in violet and light blue, from 30 cm up to 1 m

Where a set like this works

Think of a store window, a kids' play corner, a photo zone at an event, or the stand at a trade fair. Ready-made letter pillows are small and come in one font. How we start

Send your logo or design file and tell us the sizes you need. We match fabric colors to your brand and draw the pieces first. You approve, then we sew. For a batch, you get one sample to approve before the rest.

Materials used

Every piece is sewn from soft short-pile plush in the colors of the client's design.

Royal blue plush for the meter-tall letters
Pink, yellow and blue stripes on each rainbow
White plush clouds
Green plush tree crowns on peach-colored trunks
Pale yellow and orange plush for the sun
Violet and light blue plush for the hearts

Big letters need to hold their shape, so they are sewn as thick, rounded blocks. For your set we match the fabric to your brand colors from a file or a color sample. A loop for hanging, a sewn-in tag with your name, sound modules or LED lights are possible on request.

Lead time

A decor set starts on paper. We turn your logo and artwork into plush shapes, you check the drawings, and only then we cut fabric.

How long it takes depends on how many pieces you need and how big they are. Twenty cushions take longer than one letter. So we quote each project separately and reply within 1-2 days.

If the set is for a store opening, a fair or a holiday event, put the date in your first message. We'll tell you right away if it fits.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. A set of big pieces can go out in several parcels.

Opening a store or booking a fair stand? Add sewing time and delivery together and keep a spare week, so the decor is in place before the first visitors come.

Couriers slow down before big holidays. For anything tied to Christmas or New Year, order by November 1.

Before the set leaves, you get photos of every finished piece, so you can check colors and shapes against your design.

Terms

We've made toys and plush to order since 2009, and company projects have been part of the work for years: mascots, logo toys, giant figures for stands, and soft decor like this set.

Nothing gets sewn blind. The shapes are drawn and approved first, a batch gets an approved sample, and you see photos of the finished pieces before they ship. There is no minimum order.
