This custom plush truck is a milk tanker we sewed in 2023 as a corporate gift: a white cab, a grey tank, and the client's company logo on the doors and the tank. Nothing like it sat on a shelf anywhere. We made it to order, for one client. That's how every toy here starts.

Honestly, we were thrilled with this one. We hadn't seen anyone sew a soft tanker truck before, and the client loved it too.

What's on the truck

The cab and the trailer are two separate pieces. Park them together for the full rig, or put the cab on a desk by itself.

A company gift that people keep

It was made as a collector's piece for a boss who likes good handmade things that mean something. A plush truck in the fleet's own colours belongs on the owner's desk, in the reception area, or in the hands of a driver who has spent years in the real one. Freight companies already hand out branded swag. This is the version people don't throw away.

Materials used

The truck is sewn from soft fleece and plush fabrics in white, grey and black. It looks like heavy machinery and squeezes like a pillow.

Logos and lettering are stitched by hand and stay crisp. Send your exact brand colours with the quote request, and we'll match fabric to them as closely as we can. Want lights that glow or a horn that sounds? Ask: LED lights and sound modules can be added on request.

Lead time

A branded plush vehicle usually takes 2–4 weeks to make. A big rig with a lot of detail, like this tanker, can take longer.

The time goes into the pattern first. A truck has flat sides, sharp corners and lots of small parts, and soft fabric has to be coaxed into those shapes. The logo also has to stay readable at toy size.

Our estimate already has a reserve for handmade surprises. If the truck is for a set date, tell us when you ask for a quote. We'll say right away whether it fits.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the country, the carrier and customs. Around big holidays couriers slow down, so leave some extra time.

Company gifts usually have a date attached: a fleet anniversary, a new route, a manager's birthday, a retirement party for a long-time driver. Add the making time to the shipping and count back from that day. For year-end gifts, order by November 1.

You get photos of the finished truck before it ships. Cab and trailer are packed so they arrive in shape.

Before we start, we talk through the details with you: the vehicle, the colours, where the logo goes. When the truck is done, you see photos of it before it ships, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
