These are custom logo teddy bears: a whole box of mint bears, each with the company's logo embroidered on its face. A corporate client came to us shortly before a holiday and needed them for the company party. We sewed them to order, from the client's own design. Nothing here came off a shelf.
It was a rush job. There was no time for a proper photo shoot, so the pictures on this page were taken on the fly, between the sewing machine and the packing table.
How a rush order went
- We agreed the layout with the client: the bear's shape, the mint color, where the logo sits.
- We made one sample bear.
- The client checked the finished sample from our photos and video and said yes.
- We sewed the whole batch and packed it before the holiday.
Every bear made it to the party on time. That was the whole point.
What the bear looks like
It's a simple, graphic shape: a wide head with two rounded ears, short arms held out to the sides, two stubby legs. Soft mint plush all over, and the logo in black thread right on the face, so it works as the bear's eyes and nose. Going by the ruler in our photos, each one stands about 20 cm (8 inches) tall. Easy to hand out, easy to keep on a desk.

Office workers can be blunt about swag. Generic branded teddy bears get called clutter that goes straight in a drawer. A bear shaped and colored after the brand itself has a much better chance of staying on the desk.

The bears are sewn from soft mint plush with a short, even pile. It photographs well and feels good in the hand, which matters when the toy is a gift from a company.

Your bear doesn't have to be mint. Send your brand colors and we'll match the fabric to them as closely as we can. The logo can go on the face, the tummy, a foot or a sewn-on tag. A different body shape works too: a bear in your brand's style, or a whole different animal.
A branded batch runs in two steps: one sample first, then the whole run. Total time depends on how many bears you need and how detailed they are, so we quote it per project.
The sample takes the most thought. That's where the pattern gets worked out, the fabric gets matched to your colors and the logo gets sized so it reads cleanly in thread. Once you approve it, the rest of the batch follows that sample.
This order was a rush job and still arrived before the holiday. If you have a fixed date, like a company party, a conference or a product launch, tell us in your first message. We'll say right away whether it fits.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the country, the carrier and customs. Around big holidays couriers slow down, so leave some extra room.
Company gifts nearly always have a date attached. Add the sewing time to the shipping and count back from that day. For year-end gifts, order by November 1.
Before the batch leaves, you get photos of the finished bears. We pack them in boxes so they arrive clean and in shape, ready to hand out.
