Round head, folded ears, a look somewhere between a cat and a small owl. This Scottish fold plush was sewn in our studio back in 2010, made to order from a photo. We don't have a shelf of ready cats. Each one is cut and sewn for the person who sends us the picture.
A blue fold with amber eyes
In Russia this breed is often called the "British fold", and the blue-grey coat is the colour most people picture. We matched it with short blue-grey faux fur, a little darker in places, the way a real coat shades. The eyes are amber, the nose is a small black button, and long white whiskers stick out on both sides. The ears sit low and rounded, with darker fabric inside.
The matchbox in the photos is there for scale. It shows how big the cat is without us guessing at numbers.
Paws that bend
There's a wire frame inside the toy. You can bend the front paws, tilt the cat into a pose, or hand it a flower to hold. Folds are known for sitting up in odd, almost human ways, and a poseable plush can copy that.
Where the breed came from
Every Scottish Fold goes back to one white barn cat called Susie, found in 1961 on a farm near Coupar Angus in Perthshire, Scotland. Her ears folded forward, and her kittens inherited it. That owl face is still the first thing people notice.

A custom Scottish fold plush starts from $410, and the quote is free. You see photos of the finished cat before it ships. For other cats we've sewn from photos, look at the tabby with its tongue out, the poseable lifelike black cat or the whole pet stuffed animal collection.
The coat is short blue-grey faux fur with a soft, dense pile, close to the plush feel of a real fold's coat. Inside the ears we used a darker fabric, so they read as folded even from across the room.
The eyes are amber, set deep so the cat looks up at you. The nose is black and firm, and the whiskers are long white strands stitched into the muzzle. A wire frame runs through the body and paws, so the cat holds whatever pose you bend it into.
All our materials are premium and hypoallergenic, and we only ever use faux fur. For your cat we pick the fur shade from your photos.

A custom cat like this usually takes 2–4 weeks. The estimate keeps a little spare time, because handwork doesn't always go to plan.
We draw a new pattern for every order. The head takes longest: the fold of the ears, the set of the eyes and the length of the whiskers decide whether it looks like your cat or just a grey one. The wire frame goes in before the cat is stuffed and closed.
You get photos of the finished toy before it ships. If it's for a birthday or an anniversary, tell us the date in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Once the cat leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
Around the holidays parcels move slower, so add a few spare days if the plush is a gift. For Christmas, order by November 1.

We've been sewing toys to order since 2009, and this cat is one of our early ones, from 2010. Cat owners know every shade of their pet's coat, so we don't ship on a guess.
Before your plush is packed, you see photos and can ask for changes: a lighter coat, a different eye colour, a tighter ear fold. If it arrives and you don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
