This black llama plush started as a single photo: a real black llama standing in a green meadow, looking straight at the camera. We sewed a soft copy of it by hand in 2025, for one customer. Nothing here sits on a shelf waiting for a buyer. Every toy we make is made to order, from the photo or idea you send us.

Our llama knows life isn't all sugar. It isn't all hay either. So she stays close: plush, patient and a little ironic. Her philosophy is short. Less fuss, more hugs.

Copied from a real llama
The photo gave us the shape. Long neck, small pointed ears, a fluffy topknot, a round woolly body, a pom-pom tail and four thin legs. We sewed it all in black faux fur and gave her warm brown eyes that catch the light. Her head is tipped up, nose in the air, the way llamas look at you when they've decided something.
A yellow satin ribbon goes around her neck, with a round red tag with a white monogram on it. A small personal touch that makes the toy belong to one person.
Your llama, alpaca or any animal
If you have a photo of a real animal, your own llama from a farm visit, an alpaca you fell for on holiday or a pet at home, we can sew a realistic llama plush or any other animal from it. Send one clear photo or a few. Tell us the size you want, and whether it needs a ribbon, a name or initials on a tag.

The llama is sewn from soft, premium black faux fur and filled with hypoallergenic stuffing. It looks woolly, like the real animal, and stays soft to hug.

For your llama we can match a different fur colour from your photo (cream, brown, grey, spotted), change the size, and put a name or initials on the tag. Faux fur only, never real.
A llama like this usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.
We start with your photo. We look at the proportions: how long the neck is, how high the ears sit, how thick the legs are. Then we cut a pattern for your animal, not a generic llama. Thin legs that stand on their own and a long neck that holds its head up need careful sewing and firm stuffing.
The face takes the longest: setting the eyes and shaping the muzzle so the expression looks like the animal in your photo. The time includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. Need it by a date? Say so in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
Around the holidays couriers get busy and parcels slow down. For Christmas, order by November 1.
A llama copied from a photo works as a birthday present, a thank-you for a farm or a keepsake of an animal someone loves. Add up the making time and delivery, then count back from the day you want to hand it over.
Before we ship, we send you photos of the finished llama, so you see her before she travels.
