Custom Plush Mascot of Your Company or Team

Sewn by hand in our studio from the logo, crest or sketch you send

A custom plush mascot is your company’s, team’s or club’s character sewn by hand as a real soft toy. The lion from your crest, the dragon from your logo, the dumpling your restaurant is known for. We make it to order for one client. Nothing here came off a shelf.

What you send

  • Your logo, crest or sketch, in the biggest size you have. Brand colours and a few words about the character’s personality help.
  • No drawing yet? That’s fine. We start with a sketch, the way we did for Hugo the Lion and the Black Terrier.
  • Where it will live: an office, a stadium, a restaurant entrance, a stream background. It changes the size we suggest.

How a mascot order works

  1. Send the logo or sketch through the quote form.
  2. Get a quote. Every mascot is priced by quote, because every character is different.
  3. Agree the details first. Size, fabric, what “true to the logo” means for your character.
  4. We sew it by hand. A single mascot usually takes 2–4 weeks. A first sample for a production run usually takes 4–6 weeks.
  5. See photos before it ships. With a clear brief and a finished reference image, one change is included.

There is no minimum order. One mascot is a normal project. So is a batch of two hundred. We’ve sewn toys to order since 2009, and mascots for companies and teams are part of that work. Your character stays yours: we only make the plush.

Need the first sample of a toy you plan to produce? That’s our plush prototypes page. Other business orders start on Plush for Brands.

Mascots We've Made

Mascots for teams and clubs

Hugo, a lion mascot plush for FC Gefest: orange faux-fur mane, crest T-shirt, navy shorts, handmade to order
Hugo the Lion, a football club mascot sewn from our own sketch: orange faux-fur mane, embroidered crest, navy shorts.

Hugo the Lion started with no drawing at all, only the idea of a lion in FC Gefest’s kit. We drew him first, then sewed the sample: a long orange faux-fur mane, a tan face with embroidered pale-blue eyes, the crest and the name and number embroidered rather than printed, navy shorts and little white sneakers.

Hugo got a twin in the green crest of the club’s academy. Same pattern, a different badge.

White horse mascot plush with a red heart and sleepy closed eyes, custom made for a kids' riding club
Heart Horse, a riding-club mascot sewn in a batch of seven colours, each with the same red heart.

The Heart Horse was made for a children’s riding club, and it was a batch, not a single toy. A cube body, a long flat head, closed eyes drawn with one line each, and a red heart on the side. Once the pattern was settled we sewed it in white, cream, charcoal, sage, yellow, chocolate brown and sand. Lined up, they look like a stable.

Black terrier dog mascot plush in a purple witch hat with a little broom, handmade to order for a dog club
Black Terrier, a dog-club mascot in a purple witch hat with a broom, sewn from the club emblem.

The Black Terrier is a dog club’s emblem turned into a toy. An artist drew the terrier as a plush, the sketch went through a neural network to try looks quickly, and the club picked the one with the purple hat and the broom. Then handwork: deep black faux fur with a longer, shaggier muzzle so the face reads even from across a room.

Mascots for companies and restaurants

Custom khinkali plush mascot made to order: beige dumpling with pleats, black moustache, long green arms and legs
Khinkali, a plush dumpling mascot with a black moustache that greets guests at a Georgian restaurant.

The Khinkali has a job. The owner of a small Georgian restaurant ordered a big dumpling for the entrance, after an argument over a bottle of Saperavi about whether Georgian warmth can exist outside Georgia. Pale beige dough with sewn pleats, a curled black moustache, a bright green lower half, white cartoon gloves and shoes. He’s big enough to take a chair. Guests hug him on the way in.

Custom mascot plush of a black owl-cat, sewn by hand from a company logo: huge yellow eyes, orange beak
Black Owl-Cat, a company logo sewn as a plush sample before a production run: yellow eyes, orange beak, small wings.

The Black Owl-Cat stepped off a company’s logo: a cat’s body, small wings, an owl’s face with huge yellow-ringed eyes and an orange beak. It was sewn as the first sample for a production run, so the shape had to work from every side, not just the one the logo shows. Black fleece, and the yellow eyes do the rest.

Gray dragon mascot plush in the style of the Team Spirit esports dragon, lime spikes and green eyes, made to order
Gray Dragon, an esports-style dragon mascot in gray fleece with lime spikes and a toothy grin.

The Gray Dragon is our plush take on the Team Spirit esports dragon. The logo is all sharp angles; the toy keeps what fans recognise first: gray fleece, bat-like wings, a row of lime spikes down the back, green slit eyes and a mouth full of white teeth, now more grin than roar. We’re an independent studio, and this is not official Team Spirit merchandise.

Rise plush from Artemis II, handmade to order: white moon with embroidered smile and a turquoise Earth cap
Rise, the Artemis II moon mascot as a handmade plush with a personal tag for a young space fan.

Rise shows that a mascot can be personal too. Rise was the zero-gravity indicator on Artemis II, designed by an 8-year-old who won NASA’s Moon Mascot contest. A dad asked for one for his little space fan, with a fabric tag carrying a message from the cosmonauts on the Moon. It’s a handmade fan piece from an independent studio, not official NASA merchandise.

One mascot or a run

Most mascot orders are a single toy: for the office, the stadium, a trade show or a gift for a sponsor. When a club wants more, the same pattern is sewn again. We sew small batches ourselves, usually up to 200 pieces, like the seven horses.

For a bigger run we make the first sample plus the sewing patterns and an assembly guide a factory can follow; that’s our Patterns & Prototypes service, and the samples themselves are in plush prototypes.

What you can choose

  • Any size, from one that fits in a hand to one that takes a chair next to a guest.
  • Fabric to match your brand: fleece for clean shapes and bright colour, faux fur for a mane or a shaggy coat, short plush for a smooth body. Faux fur only, never natural fur.
  • Kit and details: a T-shirt with an embroidered crest, a name and number, a hat, a prop like Hugo’s sneakers or the terrier’s broom.
  • Extras on request: a sound module, LED eyes, poseable limbs or head. Extras change the price and the time.

Business terms

Mascot orders run under their own business terms. We agree on the details before the first stitch, and you see photos of the finished mascot before it ships. With a clear brief and a finished reference image, one change is included; extra rounds are priced separately. Your character stays yours, the patterns belong to you, and we sign an NDA. The full terms are on the Patterns & Prototypes page.

Questions about plush mascots

Can you make a plush mascot from our logo?2026-09-29T12:00:00+03:00

Yes. Send the logo, your brand colours and a few words about the character through the quote form. A logo is drawn to be read from one side; a plush has to work from every side, so we work out the back, the tail and the pose with you before we cut fabric. The Black Owl-Cat on this page started exactly like that.

We only need one mascot. Is that a problem?2026-09-29T12:00:01+03:00

No. There is no minimum order. Many teams and companies want one mascot for the office, the stand at an event or a gift for a partner. Some start with one and order more later, from the same pattern.

What if we have no drawing, only an idea?2026-09-29T12:00:02+03:00

We start with a sketch. Hugo the Lion began as an idea of a lion in the club’s kit, and the Black Terrier as a club emblem. You approve the sketch, then we sew the sample.

How much does a custom plush mascot cost?2026-09-29T12:00:03+03:00

Every mascot is priced by quote, because size, the amount of detail, an outfit with an embroidered crest and the number of pieces all move the price. Send your logo or sketch and you get an exact quote with a time estimate.

How long does a mascot take?2026-09-29T12:00:04+03:00

A single mascot usually takes 2–4 weeks to sew. A first sample for a production run usually takes 4–6 weeks, because most of that time goes into the pattern. Delivery is worldwide and usually takes 7–20 business days, longer around the holidays. If you need it for a launch or a match day, tell us the date up front.

Can you sew a batch, or do we need a factory?2026-09-29T12:00:05+03:00

We can sew small batches ourselves, usually up to 200 pieces. The Heart Horse was a batch like that: one pattern, seven colours. For a bigger run we make the prototype and the sewing patterns a factory can follow. That’s our Patterns & Prototypes service.

Who owns the character and the patterns?2026-09-29T12:00:06+03:00

You do. Your character stays yours, we only make the plush. Patterns we make for you belong to you fully, and we sign an NDA, so your mascot stays private until you’re ready to show it.

Can the mascot have a name, a number, sound or lights?2026-09-29T12:00:07+03:00

Yes, on request. Embroidered names, numbers and crests are common: Hugo wears his club’s crest on the front and his name and number on the back. A sound module, LED eyes and poseable limbs or head are possible too. Extras change the price and the time.

Do you make wearable mascot costumes?2026-09-29T12:00:08+03:00

No. We sew plush mascot toys, from one that fits in a hand to one that takes a chair next to a guest. If you need both, we’re the ones for the toy.
