This custom South Park plush pair is Eric Cartman in his red jacket and teal hat, and Kyle Broflovski in his orange coat and green hat with the long ear flaps. South Park premiered on Comedy Central on August 13, 1997. Trey Parker and Matt Stone made the first episode out of construction-paper cutouts, and the boys from that little Colorado mountain town have been causing trouble ever since. By 1998 there were South Park plush dolls in toy stores. A lot of people who grew up with them still have theirs. A lot of people lost them.
The plush nobody made
Talk to South Park collectors and you hear the same story. They have the main four, and then they hit a wall. Their favorite classmate never got a plush. Neither did the outfit from that one episode. Some fans just want a big, fat Cartman they can use as a pillow instead of a small shelf doll.
That gap is our job. Send us a screenshot of the exact look, from any season or episode, and we build a pattern for it. You choose the size, the colors and the extras like hats or clothes.
What we sewed
- Cartman plush: red fleece jacket with black buttons, brown trousers, yellow mittens and the teal hat with a yellow brim and pompom
- Kyle plush: orange zip jacket with flap pockets, green mittens, green hat with ear flaps and a big toothy grin
- A second Cartman who stands on his own legs, with quilted arms, black lace-up shoes, angry brows and gritted teeth
The eyes are white ovals with tiny black pupils, drawn the way the show draws them. In the group photo a matchbox sits at their feet so you can judge the size.
How ordering works
You send pictures and tell us how big you want it. We quote, sew, and send you photos of the finished plush before it ships. A South Park plush usually takes 2-4 weeks and starts from $335. If you don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days. We've been making character plush since 2009. We are an independent studio, not official South Park or Comedy Central merchandise.

Both boys are sewn from soft fleece in the show's flat, loud colors: red and teal for Cartman, orange and two greens for Kyle. We use safe materials, so the plush is meant to be hugged, squashed and slept on, not only looked at.
South Park characters are simple shapes, so small details do most of the work. On these two that meant:
- stitched white eyes with small black pupils
- real buttons on Cartman's jacket and a sewn zip line on Kyle's
- separate mittens, hat brims, a pompom and ear flaps
- a stitched mouth, or embroidered teeth when the face calls for them

A South Park plush usually takes 2-4 weeks. The cartoon looks simple, and that's the hard part: a big round head has to sit just right on a short body, and the eyes have to land in exactly the right spot or Cartman stops looking like Cartman.
We draw a pattern for your character first. Then we cut, sew, stuff and finish the face by hand. The time includes a small reserve for the surprises any handmade piece brings. You get photos of the finished plush to approve before anything ships.
Once you approve the photos, your plush ships. Delivery usually takes 7-20 business days, depending on where you live, the carrier and the shipping method. Sometimes it arrives in about a week.
Couriers slow down around the holidays, so leave extra time then. If your South Park plush is a Christmas gift, order by November 1 so the sewing and the shipping both fit.
For a birthday, count back from the date: usually 2-4 weeks to sew, then up to 20 business days on the road.
