This custom OC plush doll started as one drawing. An artist invented this guy, drew him, and decided he should exist off the page too. The drawing came to us, and we made the doll by hand, one copy, just for that artist. That's how everything here works: made to order, from your own character.
From the drawing to the doll
The drawing shows a long-haired blond in a red beret, with a blue flower tucked in his hair and round glasses with rainbow lenses. He wears a vintage brown suit with a wide collar, a belt and big boots, and he's flashing a rock-on sign. Half hippie, half painter. He looks like he walked out of a comic or off a young dreamer's canvas.
We kept every detail that makes him him. The beret sits at an angle. Each lens is embroidered in four colors. The smile is a thin stitched line, a little sly, just like on paper. The suit has orange trim on the collar, cuffs, belt and boots, and a row of tiny yellow buttons down the front.
The drawing also has a paintbrush and a chain of keys on his belt. This doll went without them, but small props like that can always be added.

The suit is soft brown plush with a short, velvety pile, so the doll is pleasant to hold and the folds on the trousers look like real fabric. Collar, cuffs, belt and boot tops are trimmed in orange.
The hair is bright yellow plush, cut in a bob that frames the face. The face and hands are cream. The glasses, flower, smile and buttons are all embroidered, so nothing can come loose.

A doll like this usually takes 2-4 weeks. We keep a few spare days in that estimate, because handmade work sometimes needs them.
First we turn your drawing into a pattern: proportions, how long the legs are, how big the head is. Then the body and clothes are sewn, and the face, glasses and small details go on last, by hand.
Before it ships, you get photos of the finished doll and can ask for changes. If it's a gift, tell us the date in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Once the doll leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country, the carrier and customs.
Before the holidays the post slows down, and Christmas parcels can take longer. For a Christmas gift, order by November 1.
