Two characters, two ref sheets, one order. This fursona plush pair is a white striped tiger-fox and a grey-black fox with bright green markings. Both were made to order, copied from the owner's own character designs. Nobody else has these two.

Who they are

They come from the furry fandom, where people invent their own character, a fursona: the look, the personality, the backstory, even the way it moves. Fans commission art of them, sew costumes, make animations and sometimes whole games.

The ref sheets call them Master Fox and Booker the Fox. Master Fox is the white tiger-fox with a soft face and odd eyes, one green and one golden. Booker is the predator of the two: grey and black, a sharp look, two little fangs and shaggy fluff on his cheeks.

What we copied from the sheets

Fursona owners know every marking on their character, so we went through the sheets detail by detail:

  • the black stripes on the tiger-fox's head, arms, legs, back and tail
  • the green V on Booker's chest, the green bands on his legs and the green tuft on his head
  • ear shapes, with pink lining and white fluff for Booker
  • paw pads: black spots for the tiger-fox, pink for the fox
  • the tails: striped with a black tip, and black with a white tip

Before any fabric was cut, each character got a plush sketch, so the sitting pose and the proportions were clear. You can see the sketches near the end of the gallery, with the original ref sheets last.

Your sona next

Got a character of your own? A fursona, an odd little creature, something that exists only in your drawings? Send the ref sheet or a few sketches and we'll make a plush of it. We sew characters into real toys. Literally.

A fursona plush like these starts from $420 per toy, so a pair like this one is two toys. More commissions from the fandom are on our custom furry plushies page. For other original characters, browse OC Plush or meet Ike the monster wolf.

Both toys are sewn from soft short-pile plush in the exact shades of the ref sheets: clean white and black for the tiger-fox; charcoal, mid grey and a bright green for the fox.

  • Every stripe and marking is a separate piece of fabric sewn in, not printed on
  • Shaggy black faux fur on Booker's cheeks and white fluff in his ears
  • Eyes in the right colours, including the tiger-fox's green and golden pair, and Booker's two small fangs
  • Hypoallergenic filling, firm enough for the toys to sit up on their own

Your fursona can get extras too: an embroidered name, a sound module, LED lights, or wire in the limbs so they can be posed. Tell us at the start, because these go in while we sew.

One fursona plush usually takes 2–4 weeks. For a pair, tell us up front and we'll give you a date for both.

The first step is the plush sketch. A standing character on a ref sheet has to become a toy that sits, so we work out the pose and the proportions before the pattern. Then the cutting, the markings piece by piece and the face, which takes longest: the eyes decide whether it looks like your character.

That time includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. Need it by a convention or a birthday? Say so in your first message.

When your plush is finished, shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country. Around the holidays the post is slower, so add a few days.

Thinking of a Christmas present for someone in the fandom? Order by November 1 to have it in time.

Before anything ships, you get photos of the finished toy. Check the stripes, the eye colours and the markings against your sheet. If something is off, we fix it, and it ships once you say yes.

We've been sewing toys to order since 2009, and characters that exist only on a ref sheet are some of our favourite work. The sheet is the brief, and we follow it.

You see your fursona in photos before it leaves us, while there's still time to adjust a marking or an ear.

If it arrives and you don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days. You don't have to explain why.

Why?

No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.

Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.

Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.

You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.

One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.

That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
