A Rise of the Guardians elf plush, sewn by hand for the person who orders it. Pointy red hat, a bell on the tip, big ears poking out the sides. We don't keep ready-made elves on a shelf. Every elf toy is made to order, around your wishes: the size, the shade of red, the stripes, the look on his face.
The little guys from North's workshop
Rise of the Guardians is the 2012 DreamWorks Animation film based on William Joyce's The Guardians of Childhood books. North, a sword-carrying Santa Claus voiced by Alec Baldwin, teams up with Bunnymund, Tooth, Sandy and Jack Frost against Pitch Black. The story happens around Easter, but with the North Pole, the sleigh and the elves, lots of fans watch it at Christmas.
The elves never say a word. The bells on their hats do the talking. They're always underfoot. North shoos them off with "Shoo with your pointy heads!"
The yetis make the toys. The elves just think they do.
The best joke comes on Jack's tour of the workshop. Jack says he always thought the elves made the toys. North whispers, "We just let them believe that." Behind them, elves mess around with Christmas lights while a yeti is told to repaint a whole shelf of blue robots red.
Plenty of fans say the elves and yetis had them laughing through the whole movie. And after Sandy falls, the elves nod their heads so their bells ring for him. Tiny scene-stealers, even in the sad part.
A Christmas gift for a Guardians fan
There was never much elf merch. The promo plushies from the 2012 release mostly turn up on resale sites now. So if you know someone who rewatches Rise of the Guardians every December, an elf of their own is an easy gift idea. He can stand on the mantel, peek out of the Christmas tree, or sit on a desk all year looking busy, like the real ones.
What makes our elf look like one of North's
A long red hat that covers him down to the legs, with a bell hanging off the tip. A brown belt with a buckle. Round eyes, a big pink nose, pointed ears sticking out through the hat, long thin fingers, striped wraps above bare feet. Before your elf ships, you get photos to approve.
We make characters from a picture, so a yeti or Jack Frost can be made to order too. We've already sewn a Sandy doll. Browse more plush toys from animated films, or see Rugby Tiger for another Christmas-movie gift. We're an independent studio: our elf is a handmade fan piece, not official DreamWorks merchandise.
Our elf should look like he just ran out of North's workshop, so the materials follow the movie design you see in our photos.
- Red fabric for the tall pointed hat and the tunic, a deep Christmas red.
- A brown belt with a buckle around his middle.
- A small bell on the tip of the hat.
- Pale pink for the face, the big ears, the hands and the feet, plus round eyes and a big nose.
- Striped wraps on his legs.
Everything is safe and eco-friendly. Want a brighter red, different stripes or a bigger bell? Just tell us when you ask for a quote.
Making your elf usually takes 2–4 weeks.
There's no stock pattern for him. The tall hat, the bell-shaped tunic, the ears and the long fingers are shaped and sewn by hand for your order. The face takes the most time. Move the eyes a little and he stops looking like one of North's elves and starts looking like a garden gnome.
When he's finished, we send you photos. You approve him, and then he's packed for shipping.
Delivery times depend on where you live, the shipping company and method you choose, and how close it is to a holiday. Delivery can take up to 20 business days, and sometimes only 7.
The holiday season is the busiest time for couriers, and delays happen. An elf is exactly the kind of gift people order for Christmas, so if you want him on the mantel or under the tree by a certain day, count the making time plus delivery.
Please keep this in mind when you order a gift that needs to arrive by a specific date.
We've been making custom plush toys since 2009, and complex characters are our everyday work. An elf has a lot going on for a small guy: a tall hat that has to keep its shape, big ears, long fingers, and a face that should look cheeky, not creepy.
You see your elf in photos before he ships. After he arrives, the risk is still on us.
If you're not happy with our craftsmanship for any reason within 14 days, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
