Bolt is the white superdog from Disney's 2008 animated film. He grew up on a TV set sure he had superpowers, then crossed the country with Mittens the cat and Rhino the hamster and found out that being a good dog was enough. Lots of people saw it in theaters as kids and still keep the Bolt plush they got that year. Some still sleep with it. Others wish they'd bought a second one before the first got hugged flat.
This Bolt is made to order. Nothing here waits on a shelf: we sew each one for the person who asks, in the size and pose they want.

- Tall ears with pink insides and a black nose
- Black-rimmed eyes with that sideways, very-sure-of-himself look
- The grey lightning bolt on his side, the mark he's named after
- A red collar with a round gold tag that says BOLT
He sits up with his head turned, like he just heard something only a superdog can hear.

Timing
Making usually takes 2–4 weeks, and delivery takes 7–20 business days. You see photos of the finished dog before he ships.

Bolt is sewn from premium plush fabric and white faux fur, with hypoallergenic stuffing inside. He's soft enough to sleep with and firm enough to sit up on a shelf without slumping. We only use faux fur, never real.
- Pink fabric inside the ears and a black nose
- Black-rimmed eyes with white highlights
- A grey lightning bolt sewn onto his side
- A red collar with white stitching and a round gold BOLT tag
The classic look is white, but we can change the shades if you want. Ask about a sound module, LED lights in the collar or eyes, or wire in the legs and tail for posing.

First comes the pattern, sized to the small, medium or large you picked. Extras like wire in the legs or a sound module go in before he's closed up.
The face goes last. A few millimeters on the eyes decide whether he looks brave or just confused. That time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises, so if you need him by a certain date, tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Around holidays couriers get busy, and parcels can take longer.
Bolt makes a good birthday or Christmas present for someone who grew up with the film, or for their kids. Add the making time to the delivery time and count back from your date. If it looks tight, write anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Before he ships, you get photos of the finished toy to approve.
We've been sewing custom plush since 2009. A character everyone knows from the screen is a fair test: if the ears are too short or the eyes look the wrong way, fans notice.
That's why you get photos of the finished dog before he leaves the studio. If you don't love him, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
