This winged cat plush isn't from a cartoon or a game. He started as a drawing of someone's own character: a fluffy blue cat with a dark face and a pair of purple wings. Our artist turned that drawing into a sketch for the toy, and we sewed him by hand from it. One cat, made to order for the person who drew him. That's how every toy here starts. We don't keep a shelf of ready-made plushies.
We made him in spring 2023, and honestly, we still love his colors.
From a drawing to a cat with wings
The drawing gave us the look: pale blue fur, a dark mask, darker ears and paws, a deep blue patch on the chest, a curled dark tail, violet wings. A drawing shows one side of a character. A plush needs all of them, plus answers to small questions. How long is the tail? Where do the wings sit? Which colors win when the fabric doesn't match the screen? That's what the sketch is for. You see it and agree before we cut anything.
What we sewed
- A light blue body in soft faux fur, with chocolate-brown points on the face, ears and legs, a bit like a Siamese
- Pink inner ears, glossy blue eyes and a black nose
- A navy chest patch and a long navy tail that curls around him
- Two purple wings on his back, and the wings move

Cats with wings, and yours
Winged cats have been around in stories for a long time, from Ursula K. Le Guin's Catwings books about four flying kittens to the tressym in tabletop games. Most people who ask us for a cat with wings plush have their own version in mind: an OC, a fursona, a pet they always pictured with wings.

The winged cat is sewn from premium faux fur in four colors, picked to match the drawing as closely as fabric allows:
- Light blue faux fur for the body and the frame around the face
- Dark chocolate-brown fur for the mask, the ears and the legs
- Navy for the chest patch and the long tail
- Purple for the wings, with pink for the inner ears
The eyes are glossy blue and the nose is black, set so he looks slightly up. The filling is hypoallergenic, and we only ever use faux fur, never real.
Your character might need longer fur, feathered wings or a different eye color. Tell us at the start, along with any extras like LED eyes or a sound module, since those go in while we sew.
A winged cat like this one usually takes 2–4 weeks.
First comes the sketch from your drawing, so we agree on the colors, the tail and the wings before any fabric is cut. Then the pattern, the body, and the wings, which are made separately and attached so they can move.
The face comes last. Eye placement and the edge of the mask decide whether he looks like your character or just a blue cat. The time frame has a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you have a date, tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier. Around the holidays couriers slow down, so it can take longer.
Planning him as a birthday gift for an artist friend or a surprise for someone whose OC lives in their sketchbook? Add the making time to the delivery time and count back from the date. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Before he ships, we send you photos of the finished toy. We pack him so the wings and ears arrive in shape.
