A lordly sofa lover, the pride of the house and its finest decoration. That's how we introduced this Persian cat plush when we first showed it. He was sewn in our studio in 2010 and made to order, like every toy we make. Nothing here waits on a shelf. Each cat is cut and sewn for one person.
Ginger, fluffy and in no hurry
Persian owners call their cats couch potatoes, and they mean it kindly. We tried to sew that mood in. The coat is long ginger faux fur with paler, almost cream streaks, brushed so it falls in soft tufts around the face and chest. The tail is thick and bushy. The yellow eyes sit under heavy lids, so he looks up at you as if you'd just interrupted his nap.
The nose is pink, the whiskers are long and white, and the paw pads are a pale suede shade. One front paw is lifted, half a wave, half "pet me now". The matchbox in the photo shows his size.
An old breed with a long coat
Long-haired cats from Persia reached Europe early. In 1620 the Roman traveller Pietro della Valle wrote from Isfahan about the beautiful cats of Khorasan and said he had four pairs. Persians were also shown at the first big cat show, held at London's Crystal Palace in 1871. The very flat face you see at shows today came much later. Our cat has the older look, with a real little muzzle.
A Persian in your cat's colours
Fans of the breed often say every Persian plush they can find is white. With a custom toy that problem goes away. Send us photos of your cat, or a drawing, and we sew the coat, the eyes and the attitude to match.

The coat is long-pile ginger faux fur, chosen with lighter streaks so it looks like a real Persian coat rather than one flat orange. Brushing it out by hand after sewing gives the ruff and tail their volume.
The muzzle, inner ears and paw pads are short-pile plush in warm brown, pink and pale suede tones. The eyes are glossy yellow with heavy fabric lids, and the whiskers are long white strands stitched into the cheeks.
All our materials are premium and hypoallergenic, and we only use faux fur. For your cat we match the fur shade and pile length to your photos.

A custom Persian cat usually takes 2–4 weeks. The estimate keeps a little spare time, because long fur and hand stitching don't always go to plan.
Every order gets its own pattern. The face takes longest: the eyelids, the size of the eyes and the short muzzle decide whether it looks like your Persian or like any fluffy cat. Each seam is then combed out so it hides under the long fur.
You get photos of the finished toy before it ships. If it's for a birthday or another date, tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Once your cat leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
Parcels move slower around the holidays, so add a few spare days if the plush is a gift. For Christmas, order by November 1.
We pack the toy so the long fur arrives fluffy, not crushed. Give it a gentle shake and a brush with your fingers when you unpack it.
Tell us your date when you first write. We'll say right away if it works, counting sewing and shipping together.
We've been sewing toys to order since 2009, and this Persian is one of our early cats, from 2010. People who live with a Persian know every shade of that coat, so we never ship on a guess.
Before your plush is packed, you see photos and can ask for changes: a paler coat, rounder eyes, a fuller ruff. If it arrives and you don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
