This wolf stuffed animal lived in someone's childhood a long time ago, then disappeared. All that was left was one old photo with the toy squashed under a grown-up's folded arms on the sofa: a white face, a grey ear, a flash of a red shirt. In 2022 we sewed him again.
He is a new toy, made to order for one customer, from that one photo and what they remembered. Nothing here comes off a shelf.
Half a toy in the picture
That's how it usually goes. Old photos are blurry, sometimes black-and-white, and they rarely show the whole toy. So our artist first draws a sketch. It's built from the part you can see in the photo and from the customer's own description of the rest. Then we sew the toy from that sketch.
The sketch is a starting point, not a contract. Ours had the wolf in blue jeans. The finished wolf wears dark trousers.

Your toy from your photo
People lose their childhood toys in moves, in divorces, at a ballgame. Years later they still remember the shirt and the ears. If you have even one picture, send it. Add everything you remember: colours, size, what it felt like to hold. Say how big it should be, from about 20 cm to 60 cm and more, or the same as the original. You'll see photos of the finished toy before it ships.

The wolf is sewn from premium soft faux fur in two tones. Smooth white covers the face, the muzzle and the paw pads. Shaggier grey goes on the cap, the ears, the paws and the tail. Long white faux fur frames the cheeks, the detail that shows best in the old photo.

A childhood replica like this usually takes 2–4 weeks.
The first step is the sketch. Our artist draws the toy from your photo and your memories, so tell us everything up front: "the ears were bigger", "his shirt had a pocket".
After that we make the pattern, cut the fur, sew the body and the clothes, and finish the face by hand. The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you need the toy by a birthday or an anniversary, tell us the date in your first message.
Shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on where you live. Around the holidays the post gets slower, so allow a few extra days.
