Most Minions people own came from a claw machine, a fair stand or a kids' meal. This one didn't. It's a custom Minion plush, made to order and sewn by hand for one customer. We don't keep ready toys on a shelf. Each one starts with your request: one eye or two, any size, any outfit.
A one-eyed Minion in the spirit of Stuart
The Minions first showed up in Despicable Me in 2010. They were designed by Eric Guillon, Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud at Illumination, and they talk in their own Minionese and go a bit crazy over bananas. In Minions (2015) three of them lead the story: Kevin, Bob and Stuart. Stuart is the one-eyed slacker who would rather play his ukulele than follow the plan, and who ends up with an electric guitar.
Our toy has that one big eye. It's blue, with a stitched eyelid, behind a silver goggle on a black strap. Take the goggle off and the whole face changes (second photo). He has a wide toothy grin, black wire hair, denim overalls with yellow stitching and real buttons, black gloves and lace-up shoes. The matchbox is there for scale.
Your Minion, your way
Maybe you want Kevin with two eyes, or Bob with his teddy bear. Maybe a Minion in your team's colors, or one holding a tiny guitar. We can change the size, the face and the outfit, and embroider a name or a short message. Wire inside the arms and legs lets him stand on his own feet and hold a pose. Send screenshots or a photo of the Minion you love and tell us what you picture.
We're an independent studio, not official Illumination or Universal. More cartoon friends live in plush from animated films, and the fluffy Despicable Me unicorn is a good match for Agnes fans.
The body is soft yellow plush fabric, sturdy enough to be squeezed and carried around. Inside is a hypoallergenic filling, and the seams are reinforced, so a Minion can be hugged as well as shown off on a desk.
- Overalls: blue denim with yellow topstitching, a front pocket and buttons
- Goggle: a silver rim on a black strap, over one big eye with a stitched eyelid
- Details: black gloves, black lace-up shoes and wire hair
Options you can ask for: one or two eyes, any size, a different face, custom colors or outfit, a wire frame in the arms and legs for posing, your own logo on the clothes, a tag with a message, and embroidery with a name or a short quote.
A Minion plush usually takes 2β4 weeks to make.
The round body looks simple, but getting that pill shape right takes a good pattern. Then come the overalls, cut and stitched like real denim clothes, the shoes and the goggle. The face goes last, because the eye and the grin decide whether he looks like a Minion or just a yellow toy.
The time includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. Need him by a certain date? Mention it in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7β20 business days, depending on your country, the carrier and the shipping method you choose.
Couriers slow down around the holidays, so give yourself room. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Planning a Minion for a birthday or a movie night? Add the making time to the delivery time and count back from the day. Before he ships, you get photos of the finished toy.
We've been sewing custom toys since 2009, and cartoon characters with clothes, shoes and gadgets are a big part of that. Our first Minion was made in 2011.
You see photos of your Minion before he ships. If you don't love what we made, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
Not sure which Minion or which details to pick? Send us pictures and ask. We'll talk through eyes, size and outfit before any sewing starts.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
