Three stickers: a yellow fox with a purple fringe, grinning with his hands clasped, smiling with his eyes shut, giving a thumbs up. That's all we had. The customer wanted the fox from the chat to stand on a real shelf, so we sewed this furry fox plush for them. It's made to order, like every toy we make. Nothing waits on a shelf here. Each one starts with the picture you send.
From flat sticker to a fox you can stand up
A sticker shows a head and shoulders. The rest is our call. We gave him a full body that stands on its own two feet, long arms with white hands and stitched claws, and big feet with pink pads on the soles. A small purple tail sticks out at the back.
The face is where a sticker plush lives or dies. The fox has odd eyes, like in the art: one pale with a grey pupil, one bright green. His purple hair is a heap of soft plush spikes that falls over one eye. Add a pink fleece nose, an open grin with a tongue, fine whiskers and huge ears lined with white.
The hipster part
He's dressed. A teal T-shirt like on the stickers, and jeans made from real denim, with pockets and contrast stitching. The clothes are what make him look like a guy from the group chat and not just an animal.
Got stickers of your fursona?
Plenty of furries order sticker packs of their character. Those packs make a good start for a plush: the face, the colors and the mood are all there. Send us your stickers, a ref sheet if you have one, and anything the character always wears. We'll tell you what changes so it works as a real toy.
A custom furry plush like this one starts from $420, and the quote is free. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships.
More furry work: custom furry plushies and a fursona plush pair from ref sheets. Or browse all our plush stickers.
The fox is sewn from short-pile plush in golden yellow and white, with a purple plush for the hair and the tail. Short pile keeps the color patches crisp, like on the sticker.
- Odd eyes, one pale with a grey pupil, one green
- Pink fleece nose, open mouth with a tongue, long whiskers
- Stitched claws on the hands and feet, pink pads on the soles
- Teal T-shirt and jeans sewn from real denim
For your character we match the fabrics to your art and copy the outfit it always wears. Want wire in the arms so they hold a pose, or a different outfit? Ask, we can do it. When a toy needs long fur, we use only faux fur.
A toy like this usually takes 2-4 weeks. That includes some spare time, because handwork doesn't always go to plan.
The pattern takes the longest. Stickers show the character from one side and only to the chest, so we work out the body, the legs and the outfit before the first cut. Then we sew, stuff and set the eyes. The clothes are made last, to fit.
You see photos of the finished toy before it ships. If it's a gift for a set date, tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Once the toy leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
The post slows down around the holidays, before Christmas most of all. For a Christmas gift, order by November 1.
Making a fursona plush for a friend's birthday or a con? Give us the date when you first write. We'll tell you right away whether making plus shipping fits.
We've been making toys to order since 2009. With a character from stickers, the face matters most, so we check the eyes, the hair and the grin against your art first.
You see photos of the toy before it's packed and can ask for changes then. If it arrives and you don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
That goes for your fursona the same as for any other toy we sew.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
