This Baby Yoda plush is soft all the way through. No hard face, no frame, nothing to break. The only stiff part is a wire inside each ear, so the ears keep that wide, sideways shape. He is about 30 cm (12 in) tall and made to be played with and hugged.
We don't keep a shelf of ready Grogus. Every toy here is made to order, by hand, for one person and what they ask for.
Winter 2020, before the official plush arrived
The Mandalorian came out on Disney+ in November 2019, and the little green kid in the floating pram took over the internet within days. Everyone called him Baby Yoda. The show called him The Child. His real name, Grogu, came a whole year later.
Disney held back the toys so the first episode's surprise wouldn't leak. That Christmas there was no official Baby Yoda plush to be had. The first ones only started shipping in 2020. We posted this one in January 2020. It was one of our tries at turning that wrinkled, big-eyed baby into a toy you can actually cuddle.
What he looks like up close
A pale sage-green head with soft wrinkles on the brow. Huge glossy black eyes. A small pouty mouth. Long ears lined in pink that stick straight out. He wears a camel robe with a tie at the front and a thick, curly cream collar. Even his tiny three-finger hands are sewn, not molded.
Since he is handmade, no two come out exactly alike. Yours will be sewn for you, not copied off a line.
Your Grogu, your way
Want him bigger for the couch, or small enough for a backpack? Tell us the size. We can also add a name tag, change the robe or collar, or pick a different eye color. Send a screenshot or a drawing if you have a pose in mind.
Looking for a more lifelike one? Our realistic Baby Yoda doll has a sculpted face and a poseable frame. From the same galaxy, we've also sewn a General Grievous plush in his cloak. More film and series favorites are in TV Show & Movie Characters.
We are an independent studio. This is a fan-made toy, not an official Lucasfilm or Disney product.
Everything on this Grogu is soft. The head and ears are premium short-pile plush in pale green, the inner ears are pink, and the body is filled with hypoallergenic stuffing, so he squashes into a hug and springs back.
- Pale green plush head with stitched wrinkles
- Large glossy black eyes
- Pink-lined ears with wire inside to hold the shape
- Camel robe with a front tie
- Thick curly cream plush collar and cuffs
The wire stays inside the ears and nowhere else. For your toy we can change the eye color, the robe and collar, the size, or add a name tag.
A soft Grogu like this usually takes 2–4 weeks to make.
First we draw a pattern for the size you want. The head takes the most work: the wrinkles on the brow, the pouty mouth and where the eyes sit decide whether he looks like Grogu or like a green bear. Then the ears get their wire, the robe and collar are cut and sewn, and he is stuffed by hand.
The time includes a small reserve, because handmade work sometimes needs one more try. Need him by a birthday or a premiere night? Tell us the date in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
Parcels slow down before the holidays. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Baby Yoda is a favorite gift for Star Wars fans of every age: a birthday, a watch party, a "this is the way" present for someone who quotes the show. Add the making time to the delivery time and count back from the day you want to hand him over.
Before we ship, you get photos of your finished plush.
We've been sewing toys to order since 2009. Characters people know by heart are the hardest kind, because everyone spots a wrong eye or a crooked ear straight away.
That's why you see photos of your Grogu before he leaves us. If he arrives and you don't love him, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
Not sure which size or look to pick? Send a picture of the Grogu you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what will work.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
