A giant plush is a toy about a metre tall or bigger: a bunny of 1.2 m, a raccoon almost 2 m long, a goat that comes up to a teenager’s shoulder. Send us a photo, a drawing or the character you have in mind, tell us how big, and we sew that one toy by hand for you. We don’t keep ready toys. Every giant on this page was made to order.
How to order a giant plush
- Send a picture and a size. Use the quote form. Attach a photo, a drawing or a screenshot, say the height or the length you want, and the date you need it by.
- Get a price and a date. We reply with a free quote. Giant and life-size toys usually start from $760. The final price depends on the size and the detail.
- We sew it by hand. Making usually takes 2–4 weeks. A very big toy can take longer, and we say so in the quote.
- Approve the photos. When the toy is done, you get photos. If something looks off, we fix it. It ships only when you say it’s right.
- Delivery. We ship worldwide, usually in 7–20 business days, a bit longer around the holidays. The carrier prices shipping by weight and box size, and we add it to your quote. A giant toy comes in a big box, so make sure someone can take in an oversized parcel.
What to send us
- A photo or drawing of the animal or character, front and back if you have them.
- The size in cm or inches, and whether that’s height or length.
- How it should sit: standing, sitting or lying flat like a hug pillow.

A 2 m Raccoon, a Life-Size Goat and a Nutcracker
Giant toys we’ve sewn
The life-size bunny is 1.2 m tall, about 4 feet, in long peach faux fur. Her ears hang almost to the elbows and are lined with a cream print of tiny red and pink flowers. The same print covers the soles of her feet.
The giant raccoon is almost 2 m from nose to tail. He was a birthday present, with a name tag sewn onto his front paw, and he’s built like a big hug pillow: long body, soft belly, paws stretched out in front.
The life-size goat is a brown billy goat about 1 m tall to the tips of his horns. When a teenage boy kneels to hug him, the goat’s head comes up level with his. He’s realistic, down to the beard and the dark hooves.
Two six-year-olds each drew an elephant, and in 2011 each got theirs back as a giant elephant plush about a metre tall. The stripes and the colours came straight from the drawings.
A company ordered Ronald, a 1.2 m white cat in felt glasses and a bow tie, as a thank-you gift for one employee. Ronald looks a lot like the man he was made for.
For Christmas photo shoots with children we sewed a Nutcracker and a Mouse King, 1.2 m each. Each one has a frame inside and stands on its own round base, so kids can lean on it and it stays upright.
More big ones: a green dinosaur about 1.3 m tall that kids climb and sit on, Manny the mammoth about 1 m long, a giant shark about two metres long, a Ted bear 160 cm tall and a long black cat of 120 cm that works as a body pillow.
Why size changes the toy
The more small details you want, the bigger the toy can be, and sometimes has to be. Glasses, a name tag, a printed lining or a row of fabric teeth read clearly at a metre tall. At 30 cm some of them won’t fit. A big toy also needs more fur, more stuffing and more hours of work, which is why giant toys usually start from $760.

We use faux fur only, never natural fur.

It can. Our 1.2 m Nutcracker and Mouse King each have a frame inside and a round stand under the feet. Our metre-tall elephants are stuffed firmly enough to stand on their own legs. Tell us if your toy should stand, sit or lie flat.
Some of our giants were made for that. The green dinosaur is about 1.3 m tall so kids can climb on and sit on him, and Manny the mammoth was built for a three-year-old to climb up on. Tell us in your first message if yours should take a climber.

No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
