If you use Viber, you know this face. LegCat is the round orange cat from the app's sticker packs, the one who is either over the moon or completely heartbroken, nothing in between. This LegCat plush was sewn to order from the sticker. The idea is simple: an emotion you can hand to someone and hug, not just send. Every toy we make starts that way: you send the picture, we sew it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.
Who LegCat is
LegCat was drawn by Alon Boroda, who ran Viber's sticker team. He started out as the pet of Violet, Viber's first sticker character, and quickly got more popular than she was. His name has nothing to do with long legs. He loves rubbing against people's legs, that's all. Boroda describes him as lazy, naive, spoiled and very emotional, and made him round with short, chubby limbs and no sharp corners. That shape is why he works so well as a soft toy.
What we sewed
- A round orange body that sits on its own
- Huge shiny white eyes with small black pupils, the sticker's surprised stare
- A cream belly with "ΠΠ£Π " in brown letters, Russian for "purr"
- Brown spots on his back and a striped tail with a brown tip
- Short, chubby legs with stitched toes
We made him in 2016. It wasn't our first Viber cat: there's also an open-mouthed Viber cat waving a paw. Same character, different mood.
Your LegCat, your way
LegCat has dozens of sticker packs, and any one of them can become a toy: crying LegCat, LegCat in love, a holiday LegCat, or LegCat next to Violet. Send the sticker you use most. We can swap "ΠΠ£Π " for a name or a short message, change the size, and add a sound module or wire in the legs so he holds a pose. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships. More app characters are in plush stickers, and your own art can go the same route through plush from drawings.

LegCat is sewn from premium soft fabrics picked to match the sticker:
- Bright orange plush fabric for the body, the ears and the legs
- Shiny white fabric for the big eyes, so they catch the light the way they pop on a phone screen
- Cream fabric for the belly, with the letters cut out of brown fabric and sewn on
- Brown fabric for the back spots, the tail stripes and the nose
The filling is hypoallergenic and packed firm enough that he sits upright like a little ball. If you want fur anywhere, it's faux fur only. Extras such as a sound module, wire in the legs or an embroidered name are added while we sew, so mention them in your first message.
A LegCat plush usually takes 2β4 weeks to make.
We start with a pattern drawn from the sticker. A round cat looks simple, but the body has to sit steady, the legs have to stick out at the right angles, and the eyes have to be big without looking like they were glued on later.
Then we cut, sew and stuff, and the face comes last. The angle of the pupils decides whether he looks shocked or delighted. The time frame includes a small reserve for handmade surprises. If you have a date in mind, tell us at the start.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7β20 business days, depending on your country and the courier. Around the holidays it can take longer.
LegCat makes a good birthday or Valentine's gift for the friend who answers every message with a sticker. Add the making time and delivery together and count back from the date. For Christmas, order by November 1.
Before he ships, you get photos of the finished toy. He travels packed so the eyes and the ears arrive in shape.
