Her look, down to the sneakers
When we posted her, we said the level of personalization was sky-high. Look at the details and you'll see why.
The face is painted by hand: green eyes, soft brown brows, a small confident smile. Long dark brown hair falls in loose waves past her shoulders. She wears a black zip-up track jacket with leopard-print stripes down the sleeves, a white T-shirt with black lettering, and black track pants with a white stripe and a leopard one beside it. The finishing touch is a pair of leopard-print sneakers with white soles.
That tracksuit is the point. Everyone who knows her will recognize it before they look at the face.
A doll of someone you know
Think of the friend who always turns up in the same favorite outfit, or the colleague everyone in the office would know from across the room. A doll that looks like them makes a birthday, a farewell or a big work anniversary hard to forget. To start, send us:

- Photos of the outfit, shoes and any small things they never go without

The head and hands are sewn from skin-tone fabric, and the face is painted by hand: eyes, brows, cheeks and lips. The hair follows her own: long, dark and wavy.
The clothes are small real garments, not printed on. The track jacket zips up, the leopard stripes are sewn down the sleeves and the pant legs, and she stands in leopard-print sneakers with white soles.
For your doll we copy from your photos:
- Face, hairstyle, hair color and eye color
- The outfit they're known for, shoes included
- Small personal things: glasses, a bag, jewelry, a favorite print
A portrait doll usually takes 2-4 weeks. Some of that is spare time, because handwork doesn't always go to plan.
The face comes first. We paint it and check it against your photos before moving on. Then the body, the hair and the clothes, one small garment at a time.
If the doll is for a birthday or an office party, tell us the date in your first message. You get photos of the finished doll before it ships and can ask for changes then.
We ship worldwide. Once the doll leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country and the carrier.
Holidays slow the post down, the weeks before Christmas most of all. For a Christmas gift, order by November 1.
A farewell gift for a colleague often comes with a fixed last day at work. Write the date when you first contact us, and we'll tell you right away whether sewing and shipping fit before it.
