This guy never appeared on The Simpsons. A fan of the show asked us for him, so he's a custom Simpsons plush of a character nobody else has. Yellow skin, brown hair, big sleepy eyes and a white gown with a grey leaf print. He was made to order for that one person, like everything we sew. We don't keep ready toys. Each one starts with your picture.
Springfield style, someone new
Matt Groening's family has been on Fox since 1989, and the look is famous: yellow skin, round white eyes, an overbite and four fingers on each hand. Fans love drawing themselves and their own characters that way. Our job was to keep those rules and still make him look like himself, not like a stranger from the background of an episode.
What we sewed
The face took the most care. The eyes are white circles with thick black outlines and stitched lashes. The upper lids sit low over the pupils, so he looks sleepy and a bit amused. The nose is long and rounded, the ear sticks out on the side, and the mouth has that classic Simpsons overbite.
His hair is short brown faux fur. The gown has short sleeves and hangs to his knees, and his bare yellow feet have stitched toes. In the photo he stands with one arm out, as if he's about to say something.
Your character in this style
- Your own OC, drawn in Simpsons style or not yet
- You or a friend, made yellow from a photo
- Any size and any outfit
- A wire frame in the arms and legs so he holds a pose
- A sound module with a voice or a catchphrase
Send a drawing, a screenshot or a photo, and tell us what matters most. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships. A custom Simpsons plush like this starts from $415, and the quote is free.
The Homer Simpson plush we made is the canon version of this style. More fan characters are in our OC plush collection, and real people as dolls are in portrait dolls. We're an independent studio, not an official Simpsons product.
His skin is smooth yellow plush: head, neck, arms, hands and feet. The hair is short brown faux fur. The eyes are white fabric circles with black outlines, and the lashes and brows are stitched in black thread.
- Four fingers on each hand
- A short-sleeved white gown printed with grey leaves and dots
- Bare feet with stitched toes
He's soft all over. For your character we match the colours and the outfit to your pictures. A wire frame for posing or a sound module can go in on request.
A doll like this usually takes 2-4 weeks, with a small reserve for the surprises that handwork brings.
The face takes the longest. In Simpsons style a few millimetres decide everything: move the eyes or the overbite a little, and the character turns into someone else.
You get photos of the finished toy before it ships. If you need him by a set date, tell us in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Once your doll leaves the studio, delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on your country.
Holidays slow the post down, and December is the slowest month. For Christmas, order by November 1. More holiday ideas are on our custom Christmas plush page.
A Simpsons version of a friend makes a good birthday gift, and so does a fan's own character finally in 3D. Tell us the date, and we'll say straight away whether sewing and shipping fit.
We've sewn toys to order since 2009.
You see photos of the finished doll before it's packed and can ask for changes then. That's the moment to say if the hair should be darker or the eyes a bit sleepier.
If he arrives and you don't love him, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
