A Custom Plush From Your Picture
Sewn by hand in our studio from the one picture you send
We sew a custom plush from the picture you send: a drawing, a chat sticker, a game or anime screenshot, a photo of a toy you lost. Each one is made by hand for one customer. Nothing is sewn ahead, nothing sits in stock.
- Price: from $300. Each toy type below lists its own starting price. The quote is free.
- Time: usually 2β4 weeks to make, then 7β20 business days of delivery. Holidays slow the post down.
- Photos before it ships: you see the finished toy and can ask for changes.
- Full refund: if you don’t love it, tell us within 14 days.
What to send
One clear picture is enough to start. A child’s pencil drawing, a sticker from your messenger, a screenshot of a character, a ref sheet, an old family photo with the toy in it. Add the size you have in mind and anything that matters to you: a pose, a colour, a name to embroider.
How it works
- Send the picture through the quote form.
- Get a free quote with a time estimate.
- Agree the details: size, pose, extras.
- We make it by hand. Usually 2β4 weeks.
- Approve the photos, then it ships.
The pages below sort the toys by the kind of picture they started from. Pick the one that fits, or just send the picture and we’ll point you to the right one.

Toys We Make From Your Pictures, by Type
Plush from drawings

The most common start: a drawing. Rainbow Kitty came from a little girl’s pencil sketch of a striped cat who lives on a rainbow; the teary eyes and the rainbow body are hers, we only gave them a third dimension. From $297. See the plush from drawings page.
Plush from stickers

A sticker a couple kept sending each other became the Proposal Hamster, holding the little red box an engagement ring goes in. Stickers are flat and round-edged, so the job is working out the back and the sides you never see. From $260, on the plush stickers page.
Anime plush

Mitty from Made in Abyss is pink fleece with a shaggy faux-fur fringe, a long coral tongue and glossy black claws, sewn from screenshots for one fan. Itachi, Sasuke and Ozen are on the same page. From $310, on the custom anime plush page.
Video game characters

Armour plates, spikes and wing membranes do not want to be soft. Rathalos became a plush anyway, because a Monster Hunter fan asked, and the first job was keeping the wyvern recognisable in fleece. Sonic, Undertale and Night in the Woods characters are next to him. From $290, on the video game plush page.
TV show and movie characters

The Baby Yoda doll has a face of sculptural clay and a frame inside, so he sits down and holds a pose; about 26 cm, any size on request. ALF, General Grievous and Rugby Tiger from The Christmas Toy are on the same page. From $300, on the TV and movie character plush page.
Toys from animated films

Totoro with a huge white grin and both arms raised, as if about to take off over the fields. Master Shifu, Fat Cat and Gadget from the Rescue Rangers keep him company. From $315, on the cartoon plush page.
Book characters

Shishimora existed only in a writer’s fantasy novella until it was needle felted in grey wool with tufted ears and amber eyes. Characters from picture books and illustrations go the same way. From $280, on the book character plush page.
Fairytale plush

The Nutcracker and Mouse King are 1.2 m tall each, sewn from two cartoon pictures for a customer’s Christmas photo shoots with children. Unicorns, Findus and the little demon from a storybook are on the fairytale plush page. From $340.
Lost toy replicas

Ika the Monkey was a girl’s favourite toy until it got lost. Years later we remade her from small black-and-white family photos and what the family remembered: dark brown body, cream face, red smile. From $295, on the lost toy replicas page.
Love gift plush

He wore the picture on his skin: a big bear holding a small hedgehog. For his girlfriend he wanted the same hug in a form she could hold, so the bear and hedgehog were needle felted from the tattoo. The Proposal Hamster, bride and groom dolls and other gifts for two are on the love gift plush page. From $305.
Furry plush

A fursona lives on a ref sheet and in commissioned art. The furry plushies here, a white OC with purple markings and a cream cat, are the first version their owners could hug or take to a con. From $315, on the furry plush page.
Comics characters

Sally Acorn from the Sonic comics: orange fur, blue eyes, red hair and a long brown satin gown with roses embroidered on the bodice. Renamon and Jenny are on the comics character plush page. From $340.
What you can choose
- Any size, from a toy that fits in a hand to a 1.2 m figure.
- The pose: sitting, standing, or a frame inside so you can change it.
- The materials: fleece, faux fur, felted wool, a sculpted clay face. Faux fur only, never real.
- Extras on request: an embroidered name, a sound module, LED eyes. Extras change the price and the time.
Characters from games, films, shows and comics are fan pieces. We are an independent studio, not the official maker or licensee of Capcom, Studio Ghibli, Lucasfilm, Sega or anyone else.
Why people send us their pictures
We have made toys to order since 2009, each one by hand. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships and can ask for changes.
If it arrives and you don’t love it, you have 14 days to tell us, for any reason. You get a full refund and keep the toy. The details are on our guarantee page.
A photo of your pet instead of a picture? That is the pet stuffed animal page. A person or a human-like character: character dolls.
Questions about a plush from your picture
Almost any. A child’s drawing, a sketch, a chat sticker, a screenshot from a game, an anime or a film, a book illustration, a tattoo, an old photo of a toy you lost. We sew the plush by hand from that one picture, from $300. The pages on this hub sort the toys by the picture they started from.
From $300 on this page; the toy types below start between $260 (a plush from a sticker) and $340 (comics and fairytale characters). Size, the amount of detail and extras like a sound module set the exact price. Send the picture and you get a free quote with a time estimate.
Usually 2β4 weeks to make, then 7β20 business days of delivery, depending on your country. Around Christmas and other holidays the post slows down. If there is a date, tell us at the start and we will say whether it fits.
As close as fabric allows. Our artist first works out how the picture’s proportions turn into a toy, then we match the colours and keep the details that make the character recognisable. You see photos of the finished toy before it ships and can ask for changes.
Yes. Rathalos from Monster Hunter, Totoro, Mitty from Made in Abyss and Baby Yoda are on the pages here. These are fan pieces: we are an independent studio, not the official maker or licensee of those characters.
Yes. Ika the Monkey on the Lost Toy Replicas page was remade from small, grainy family snapshots and what the family remembered. Send whatever photos you have, even a corner of the toy in the background, and tell us what it felt like.
Any size you like. The Nutcracker on the Fairytale page is 1.2 m tall; most toys are hand-sized to lap-sized. Tell us the size you have in mind and the quote will match it.
Yes. When the toy is finished we send you photos. If something looks off, we fix it first. Only then does it go to the post.

Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
