Custom Dragon Plush, Made to Order
Sewn by hand in our studio from the picture, screenshot or drawing you send
Dragon plushies are easy to find and hard to love. The one you want is sold out, or it’s four inches tall, or it turns out to be a sewing pattern and not a toy at all. And the dragon in your head, the one with the right horns, has never been made by anyone.
A dragon sewn for one person
We don’t keep dragons on a shelf. You send a picture, a game screenshot or a drawing on the back of an envelope, and we sew that dragon by hand: your colors, your size, your wings. Every dragon is made to order for the person who asked for it.
Film dragons, game dragons, and dragons that live only in someone’s sketchbook. We’ve sewn all three.
How it works
- Send a picture. A photo, a game screenshot, fan art or your own drawing. More pictures means a better dragon.
- Get a free quote. Custom dragon plushies start from $305. Size and details move the price.
- We sew it by hand. Usually 2–4 weeks. You get photos for approval before anything is packed.
- Your dragon flies out, shipped worldwide in 7–20 business days. If you don’t love it, full refund within 14 days.

Every Dragon Is a Different Animal
The dragon from the screen

Some dragons you already know by heart. We’ve sewn Toothless at 45 cm tall with wings that fold and spread, Spyro in fleece with a wire frame in his paws, and Cynder for a fan who wanted her to curl up, sit, stand on two legs and grip with her claws.
Rathalos from Monster Hunter started as a plush design our artist drew and the fan approved before we cut fabric. Grim Matchstick from Cuphead got his long neck, green wings and a full set of teeth. And a Baby Cynder small enough to sit beside a Spyro.
If your favorite never got a plush, a side character, a rare species, a boss from a game nobody makes merch for, that’s the usual reason people write to us. We’re an independent studio and these are handmade fan pieces, not official licensed merchandise.
The dragon you made up

The best ones come from a drawing. Send the reference sheet for your OC, your fursona, your D&D character or a dragon your kid drew at the kitchen table, and we turn it into a real toy. Horn shape, scale color, the extra pair of wings, all of it comes from your art, not from a catalog. See how toys from drawings work.
Our Ice Dragon came from a customer’s painting of her own character: white striped body, violet wings, about 1 m long. The Fisherman Dragon was a wife’s gift, sewn to look like her husband, glasses, moustache, fishing rod and float included. One gray dragon went to an esports team as its mascot.
A child’s dragon drawing sewn into a plush makes a gift nobody else can give.
Wings, spikes and the poses

Dragons are the hard ones. Wings need shape without weight, spikes have to survive hugs, and a long neck and tail have to hold a pose instead of flopping. We build wire frames inside paws and wings when a dragon needs to stand, crouch or spread out.
- Posable wings that fold for sleeping and spread for display
- Spikes, frills, horns and claws, stitched to take handling
- Soft fleece and plush fabrics, with details matched to your picture
Pocket-size or big enough to lean on

Size is yours to pick. A small dragon that rides in a backpack, a desk-sized one for the shelf, or a big dragon that takes up half the sofa, the kind grown-ups quietly want and can never find in a store. Tell us the size in centimeters or inches and we’ll quote it.
So find the picture, or the drawing, and tell us about your dragon. We’ll sew it just for you.
Questions about custom dragon plush
Yes. Send the reference sheet or drawing through the quote form, with a note on size and colors. We sew one dragon by hand from it, made to order for you, from $305. Our Ice Dragon came from a customer’s own painting of her character. Making usually takes 2–4 weeks.
We have: Toothless, Spyro, Cynder, Rathalos from Monster Hunter and Grim Matchstick from Cuphead. Send screenshots or fan art from a few angles and the size you want. We’re an independent studio, so these are handmade fan pieces, not official licensed merchandise.
They can. When a dragon needs to stand, crouch or spread its wings, we put a wire frame inside the wings, paws and tail. Our Cynder curls up, sits, stands on two legs and grips with her claws. Say so when you order: a frame changes the price.
Any size you name. Our Toothless is 45 cm tall, the Ice Dragon about 1 m from nose to tail, and a small one fits in a backpack. Tell us the size in centimeters or inches and the quote will match it.
From $305. Size, the wings, a wire frame and the amount of detail move the price. Ask for a free quote and you’ll get the exact number with a time estimate.
Sewing usually takes 2–4 weeks, and the quote gives you a real estimate. We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, longer around the holidays. If it’s a gift for a date, tell us up front.
Pictures from as many angles as you have: screenshots, fan art, a reference sheet, or a drawing. A child’s drawing is enough. If the colors should differ from the picture, say so and we’ll match your version.
The Fisherman Dragon was a gift from a wife to her husband: his glasses, his moustache, a fishing rod and a float. Send a photo of the person and we draw a sketch for you to approve before we sew.
You approve photos of the finished dragon before it ships, and we fix what looks off. After it arrives, you have 14 days to tell us, for any reason. You get a full refund and keep the plush.
More answers are in our FAQ and on the guarantee page. Have a dragon in mind? Send the picture with the quote form and tell us the size.

Custom toys start from $350.
A bigger size or extra details can cost more.
Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
