A Custom Plush of Your Video Game Character
Sewn by hand in our studio from the screenshot, box art or 3D model you send
The official plush of your favorite game character is often sold out or the wrong version, and plenty of characters never got one at all. We sew custom video game plushies and stuffed animals by hand, one at a time, from a screenshot, box art, a 3D model or fan art you send us. There’s no shelf of ready toys here. Every plush is made to order for one person: your character, your version, your size.
Which companies make custom plush toys of video game characters?
Skazkodrom is one: a studio that has sewn custom plush by hand since 2009. Send a screenshot or official art, tell us which version and what size, and we make one toy for you, including characters whose shop plush is hand-sized or hard to get, like Raziel and Rathalos. A plush can hold a favorite moment too, like Gregg Lee with soda cups over his ears. Making usually takes 2β4 weeks, and you see photos before it ships.
How it works
- Send pictures of your character through the quote form below. Screenshots, box art, 3D models and fan art all work. Tell us which version you mean and how big.
- Get a free quote with a time estimate. Video game plushies start from $290.
- Approve the design. A game model can’t go straight to fabric, so our artist often draws a plush version first. Nothing is cut until you say yes.
- We sew it by hand. Making usually takes 2β4 weeks.
- See photos before it ships. If something looks off, we change it. Delivery usually takes 7β20 business days.
Game dragons are also in our dragon plushies, and the My Singing Monsters toys have their own My Singing Monsters plush section.

The Stories Behind Our Gaming Plushies
Sonic’s side of the family: Hyper Sonic, Eggman and Sally

Super Sonic plushes are easy to find. Hyper Sonic, the form you earned in Sonic 3 & Knuckles back in 1994, is not. Ours is sewn from shiny holographic silver fabric that throws a faint rainbow when you turn him, with magenta eyes, a toothy grin and red shoes with little gold buckles. See Hyper Sonic.
Dr. Eggman is the opposite case. Shops sell him, but the biggest one is about 15 inches. A boy who loves Sonic wanted a big one, so we sewed an Eggman almost as tall as he is, in the Sonic Adventure look with the goggles and the gold-trimmed red coat. See the Dr. Eggman plush.

And for fans of the older cartoons there’s Sally Acorn: a collector’s doll with red curls, big blue eyes, a gold tiara and a brown satin gown with embroidered roses.
Bigger than the shop versions: Rathalos and Raziel

The Rathalos plushies you can buy are chibi and hand-sized, and many are out of production. He has been on Monster Hunter box art since 2004, and he’s all armor plates, spikes and wing membranes. None of that wants to be a soft toy. So our artist drew a simplified plush version first, with the same stance, crest and spiked tail, and the customer approved it before we cut any fleece. See Rathalos.
Raziel from Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver is the same story. The ready-made ones announced so far are small and sold on pre-order. The customer sent a detailed 3D model. A model like that looks great and can’t be sewn as it is, so it became a plush drawing first, then a toy with pale glowing eyes and a shredded cloak. See Raziel.
Gregg Lee, cups on his ears

In Night in the Woods Gregg works the Snack Falcon counter with two soda cups over his ears, because cups sound like the ocean. Our customer didn’t send a game sprite. He sent fan art with shaggy fur and a shaped muzzle, and that’s the Gregg we made: leather jacket, knife in his paw and both cups in place. See Gregg Lee.
Dragons that hold a pose: Cynder and Spyro

Cynder came to us as a list. She had to curl up, sit, stand on four legs, rear up, spread and fold her wings, and her claws had to grip. We remade her several times until she did all of it and stayed soft. In one photo she’s holding a teaspoon. See Cynder.
after receiving and feeling my dear little dragon, I can say that they have passed the test
Charlie, Louisville (USA) (read his review)
Her friends are here too: a 35 cm Spyro with a wire frame in his paws and wings, and a desk-sized Baby Cynder. More winged ones are in our dragon plushies.
My Singing Monsters

We’ve sewn Blabbit twice. One went out in 2016 as a gift, sized so a boy could hug it with both arms. The other has a pink belly and mismatched eyes, one yellow and one blue. See Blabbit. There’s also a shaggy Mammott and an Epic Noggin with a crown of stone arms. All of them live in the My Singing Monsters plush section.
Indie games, horror games and Roblox avatars

Some game characters are pure cartoon. Grim Matchstick from Cuphead is a green fleece dragon with a long yellow snout and a row of white teeth. Bendy from Bendy and the Ink Machine has his grin, bow tie and white gloves. Hat Kid from A Hat in Time wears a tall black top hat over lime green hair, in colors the customer chose.
Roblox players send us their own avatars. One became a white fox with red zigzag stripes and a bell on its collar, blocky like the game. Another is a cream cat with pink ears. There’s a pink Among Us crewmate, the Godseeker from Hollow Knight, Rayman and Polokus, and a long-furred Behemoth from Heroes of Might and Magic III, a birthday present for a customer’s wife.
What you can choose
- Any character from any game, big release or tiny indie. Your own Roblox avatar or game OC works too, see OC plush.
- Which version. Classic or remake, young or grown up, the official look or a fan redesign.
- Any size, from a desk plush to one as tall as a kid.
- Soft or poseable. A floppy soft toy, or wire in the paws, wings and tail so it holds a pose.
- Extras on request: props, a sound module, LED lights, embroidery. Extras change the price and the time.
Game characters that are really dolls, like Carmelita Fox from Sly Cooper, sit in character dolls. Anime heroes are in custom anime plush, and your own drawings in plush from drawings.
Why gamers trust us with their character
We’ve been making toys to order since 2009, more than 2,100 of them, each sewn by hand. We’re an independent studio, so a plush of a game character is a handmade fan piece, not official merchandise.
If it isn’t your character when you open the box, you have 14 days to tell us, for any reason. You get a full refund and keep the plush. The details are on our guarantee page.
Questions about custom video game plushies
Usually, yes. Send pictures and tell us which version you mean: classic or remake, the official look or your own colors, like our lime-green Hat Kid. If the character is a detailed 3D model, our artist draws a plush version first and you approve it before we cut fabric.
From $290. Size, the amount of detail, poseable parts and extras like a sound module or LED lights change the price. Ask for a free quote and you get the exact number with a time estimate.
No. We’re an independent studio, so every game character we sew is a handmade fan piece made for one person, not licensed merchandise. That’s also why we can make characters that never got a shop plush.
Yes. Send screenshots from the front, back and side if you can. Blocky or round, we keep the look you play with. Two Roblox avatars on this page started that way, a white fox with red stripes and a cream cat with pink ears.
Whatever you have: screenshots, box art, official art, a 3D model or fan art. Several angles help, and a picture of the pose you want helps more. If a detail matters to you, the cups on Gregg’s ears, the buckles on Hyper Sonic’s shoes, point it out.
Any size you ask for. Our Spyro is 35 cm, our Blabbit about 45 cm, and our Dr. Eggman is almost as tall as the boy he was made for. Tell us the size you have in mind and the quote matches it.
Yes. A wire frame in the paws, wings and tail lets the toy sit, stand or spread its wings. Cynder does all of that and still stays soft. A floppy, all-soft toy is the other option.
Making usually takes 2β4 weeks, and you get a real estimate with the quote. We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7β20 business days, longer around the holidays. If it’s a gift for a date, tell us up front.
We send photos of the finished toy before it ships and fix what looks off. After it arrives, you have 14 days to tell us, for any reason. You get a full refund and keep the plush.
More answers are in our FAQ. Got a character you’ve always wanted to hold? Send a screenshot with the quote form and tell us the size.

Custom toys start from $350.
A bigger size or extra details can cost more.
Why?
No ready-made pattern. Your photo or drawing doesn’t come with one. Our artist builds the pattern from scratch and turns a flat picture into a 3D toy. It’s the hardest and slowest part.
Materials picked for your toy. The right color, fur length and texture. Sometimes we order fabric just for one project.
Sewn by hand. Every piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and finished by hand. The face takes the most time: move an eye a millimeter and the character changes.
You approve it first. When your toy is ready, we send you photos. Something looks off? We fix it before shipping.
One toy, not a thousand. A factory spreads design costs over thousands of copies. Here, all that work goes into one toy: yours.
That’s why prices start at $350. And on a personal order, if you don’t love your toy, you get a full refund.
