Ask a League subreddit what to gift a player and someone always says "a poro plush." Nobody says no to a poro. And the giant fluffy poros fans spot on esports streams? People ask where to get one and come up empty. A custom piece fills that gap.
Where poros come from
Poros showed up in 2012 with the Howling Abyss, the ARAM map in the frozen Freljord. Their favorite treat is Poro-Snax. In the lore their horns perk up when they're excited and droop when they're scared, and they stick their tongues out because they run so warm. Braum counts as a friend to the poros. Every winter they come back for the Snowdown event.
What we sewed
This one is more mountain creature than ball of fluff:
- Long white faux fur that covers the whole body, with big cheeks that puff out like a mustache
- Long spiral horns in pinkish-tan faux leather, stitched in ridges so they look ringed
- Green-gold glitter eyes and small dark feet peeking out from under the fur
- A short fluffy tail
The horns are bigger and curlier than the in-game ones. That was the look for this order, and it's the point of custom work: you choose.
Your Poro, your way

Poros are all fur, so the fur matters most. This one is covered in long-pile white faux fur, soft and a bit wild, the way a creature from the Freljord should look after a snowstorm.
- Faux leather for the spiral horns, stitched in rings and stuffed firm so they keep their curl
- Plastic eyes with a green-gold glitter, which catch the light
- Soft hypoallergenic stuffing inside, so the body squishes when you hug it
We use faux fur only, never real fur. Want shorter fur, a pink tongue, or horns in another shade? Tell us before we start. Extras like a sound module or LED eyes go in while we sew, not after.
A Poro plush usually takes 3–4 weeks to make.
We start with the pattern for your size and shape. Then the horns: each ridge is stitched by hand, and that part is slow. Long faux fur takes its own time too, since every seam has to disappear under the pile.
The face comes last, eyes and cheeks set until it looks like a Poro and not a sheep. The time frame has a small reserve for handmade surprises. Got a date? Mention it in your first message.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your country and the courier. Around the holidays it can take longer.
Poros belong to winter, and Snowdown makes them a natural Christmas gift for a League player. For Christmas, order by November 1. For a birthday, add the making time and delivery together and count back from the date.
Before it leaves, we send you photos of the finished toy. We pack it so the horns arrive in shape and the fur isn't crushed flat.
We've been sewing custom plush since 2009. Plenty of game characters, this Poro included, aren't sold anywhere in this form.
League players notice details: horn shape, eye color, how fluffy it is. So you see photos of your Poro before it ships. If you still don't love it, you get a full refund within 14 days, for any reason.
