This squirrel mascot plush started as a flat cartoon. A company sent us its mascot drawing and asked for the real thing in time for an exhibition. We sewed it in spring 2024, made to order from their art, big enough that it takes both arms to carry.
No squirrel like this existed before. That's how all our toys work: we don't keep a stock, we make the one you ask for.
From a drawing to a booth
The drawing was a cute, chibi-style squirrel. Green body, a huge green tail, a brown head with tufted ears and a cream face. The hard part was keeping that cartoon look at full size. The head is big and round, the eyes are large glossy black domes, and the tail curls up behind the back like in the picture. The company's logo letter sits on a green patch on the forehead, right where the artist put it.
What it did at the show
At the exhibition the squirrel worked the booth. People hugged it, posed with it in front of the screen, and it sat on the windowsill between shelves of branded bottles and bags. A mascot that size gets photographed all day. Every one of those photos carries your logo out of the hall.

The squirrel is sewn from soft plush fabric in three colours matched to the drawing: bright green, warm brown and cream. Up close it feels like a big toy, not a costume.

A mascot plush usually takes 2–4 weeks. A big one with a cartoon head like this squirrel can take longer.
Most of the time goes into the pattern. A flat drawing has no back and no sides, so we work out the shape in 3D: how round the head is, where the tail attaches, how the arms sit. Then the sewing and the face, which takes the longest to get right.
Our estimate already includes a reserve for surprises. If the mascot has to be ready for a trade show or a launch, tell us the date when you ask for a quote.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on the country, the carrier and customs. Couriers slow down around big holidays, so leave extra time.
Trade shows have fixed dates, and the booth is set up a day or two before. Add the making time to the shipping and count back from setup day, not opening day. For year-end events, order by November 1.
A big mascot makes a big parcel. We pack large toys so they arrive in shape, and you get photos of the finished squirrel, or your character, before it ships.

Before we start, we go through the drawing with you: the size, the colours, where the logo goes, which details matter most. When the mascot is ready, you see photos of it before it ships, so you know what's coming to your booth.
